That was the most romantic thing I have ever seen. The fact that it still touches you both so deeply is so loving and special to see. I had a great big smile on my face the whole time. I love this story. On our wedding day after we were pronounced man and wife, I had two of my former students (who played the piano and sang during the wedding) sing Hallelujah. I had set it up with with them weeks before. It was a surprise to my husband, the priest, and everyone else at the wedding.

Oh my gosh ❤️ this made my day. Still trying to get home ourselves after traveling for doctor's appointments (Ehlers-Danlos), the weather derailed our plans, we were stranded in the airport, then at the bus station, everything was late... But this made everything a little brighter and happier ❤️ You two are absolutely amazing, I teared up! I hope you guys made it through the storm okay!

I dont know if someone already said this so I am sorry if this is a repeat. That is a new ferris wheel at the Navy Pier. The original wheel is now in Branson Missouri. Great Vlog guys. You two are so cute together.

You two are so in love and it’s amazing! I hope to relive my engagement with my husband one day too, it seems like such a sweet way to remember and celebrate the day. We got engaged at 14000 feet on Mt. Elbert in Colorado :) we had the whole mountain top to ourselves and it was wonderful, hopefully one day we can bring our kids there to see the spot. I love hearing proposal stories!!! And also I was just like you in the sense that you felt he was going to propose... my husband is convinced I had no clue but I was VERY suspicious! If you know them well enough you can just tell when they’re “off”!

That hotel is GORGEOUS♥️. Like, okay if I ever go to Chicago I want to stay there lol. And I’m crying FYI because this is just beautiful... all of it. Seeing Mary cry makes ME cry! That is adorable! My husband and I are into the paranormal so he took me to a well known haunted restaurant and proposed to me on the "ghost tour" in the most active room in the place. It was so cute

Thank you for sharing and reliving your proposal day. That was so sweet! I love Chicago in the winter. It's so beautiful and sparkly! Oh and yes the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel was replaced in May of 2016 with the new enclosed cars and is much taller then it's predecessor. The old cars were also partly open air I believe, and red in color.

My husband proposed Christmas morning. My ring was in a puzzle box and I thought the puzzle box was a gift. I said I loved it and put it to the side and everyone was like “no open it!” Took me a minute but when I finally saw my ring, I started crying! 21 years later and I love him more than ever! They actually moved the old, open ferris wheel to the town where I live when they replaced it with the “eye” version, so if you want to ride it again, just come visit us down in Branson, MO!
