The pros and cons of part-time, after-school jobs for teens 

I'm very proud of this young man. But at the same time he's just a kid still he his parents needs to talk to him and let him be a kid still he needs a social life with his other friends instead of working all his life. And his education should come first than any job.

You can't get a part time job as a teenager in New York City. Only up state New York you can work.
