I love how you took your Tachanka Strat and flipped it to smoke! Reminds me when you said in one of your interviews how you used Pulse C4 and applied it to Valk. Macie always finding cool ways to play the game!
Pure brain power. Macie is good at showing that rainbow six isn't just aim training and stomping on the enemies, but more so planning the game out entirely to leave the enemies no chance for winning. We should appreciate MJ more, he is great.
Yeah man credit to all the dudes who just hardscope around the maps and flick on heads but Macie is actually creative with the gadgets and always shows new strats
I’m going to be honest and say this is probably the best video I’ve seen from you, and it’s 2023. It’s clear you’ve truly mastered this game and show people how it’s intended to be played.. through communication and using your mind. You show players that we don’t need to get a perfect headshot and have insane sensitivity to win and your play-style is so precise and natural I can’t help but consider this a form of art. I also like that you include the clips where you continuously miss shots but you maneuver in a way that outsmarts people.. Been a long time fan and I’m glad to still see new videos when I’m done work !
Smoke with proxy could definitely take the guess work out of tossing babes and you wouldn't have to deal with teammate call outs or hoping your teammates put down gadgets to help you figure out where the enemy is. Looks and sounds like a pretty cool change to the play style

Btw vigil does still counter lion, it's weird but when lion scans, vigil can still move without being detected but now if you're on a drone the glitching effect appears when under a lion scan.

@nickesp6233 he does. While the gadget is active u will not ping BUT u will still gain a timer so if u turn the gadget off u will ping and then it also makes u glitch to drones. As long as gadget is on no red pings
Jesus that trigger control on Vigil with the SMG12 was crazy. Macie called it awkward but I could never imagine myself holding back the reload button with that little ammo left.
I honestly agree since he lost his deployable shield I have seen so many people use alot of different unique ways to use him one time I saw someone use barbed wire with a smoke on a window so that when some one jumped in he would activate it and then they would take a lot of damage and when they got out of the smoke he would shotgun them and you would basically always get the kill because they would be very low
This takes me back to the times where you used to do barbed wire + Smoke combo back in Year 1 and 2. You have a video that starts with that on Airplane's kitchen. Lovin' it...
I have said this before. Macie has one of the best brains and strategy for r6. One of the best r6 players out here. Equally impressive is he has great players who give out the best call outs👌
I love the Prox on Smoke! I got into it with some guy on Twitter over the fact I roam with Smoke. He said “you can’t roam with Smoke he’s an anchor!” I said “Dude, just bc YOU haven’t had the thought process to roam with Smoke doesn’t mean everyone has to play him as. one dimensional op.” Roam with Smoke. Expand your mind. Have some fun. Their little bubble of what is the norm doesn’t need to apply to you! I roam with Smoke. It’s chaos!! It’s fun!! 😁👍🏼

Macie basically invented Thorn, but way better. Because when people hear the razorbloom go off, they usually run back the way they came. But with proxy they just turn around and shoot it, making it perfect to hit them with a smoke
3:15 After watching Coreross video, Vigil still counter Lion and Grim, just slightly less powerful. It's only gonna gives him glitch like Nook when the Lion scan is on and someone drone it, either he's running or standing as long Vigil ERC is on
I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first losing the shield; I enjoy the playstyle of denying an entire corridor by just sitting behind a shield and prepping my beauties to wall them off. But these new mines, setting up chokepoints without even having to be there! It's beautiful. I'll ask valkyrie for a camera and watch them scatter for safety! Heheh, ohh, we're gonna be havin' fun, lads.
People were losing their minds over the shield change but honestly prox alarms with smoke work so much better. If you're a smart player it's a buff imo and it's a lot more fun.
Proxy alarms are fckin awesome honestly I can basically do a remote gasing by having gas further down from the proxy on specific areas if i holding down an area further away from site And i can immediately block off vision slightly and decide to push my own angle, or push the flanker on my proxy or leave the area Then mix it up next round and stay closer to my proxy to throw them off by staying between my proxy and my gas since my gas will be further in and he will be under the impression im further down when im right beside him and once he is cleared, i can push where he came from or leave the area silently to create pressure that i could be pushing where he came from to counterflank when i may not even be coming
