I went to Los Angeles back in 2009. Them brothers take this gang life seriously ! My real life cousin told me to open my luggage. He's like, nope, can't wear this, don't wear that around me, can't wear this color, this means that in this hood, so on so forth. Telling me all the meanings of my favorite football, basketball and baseball team logos that back home and NYC only means I like the team. Like I came out there with some really fly expensive gear. I saved my loot and got my gear from the official Stores. But in L.A. I can get shot for rocking N.Y. Yankees fitted. Nigga killed my entire vibration. I just wanted to represent my city. Ended up sliding to the Thrift store and buying all the local clothes. I was looking like a Black surfer, lol.

I listen to these stories and am saddened at the destruction these misguided young men did to their communities and their lives, then and still today.
