As a puggle owner I can confirm that they are the most affectionate, snuggly dogs ever. One thing I love to do with her is take naps and cuddle. She’s super food motivated, and doesn’t do what I tell her to do unless she sees I have a treat in my hand lol

Puggles are so food motivated, I have one too and everytime a bowl leaves the kitchen and has food in it, he tries to jump up to get it. It's a little annoying but he's still cute.

I think all Beagles are like that? At least mine also so clingy asf, she even doesn't want to go sleep before snuggling with me. She also too friendly with everyone, every dogs and every cats - just like Doogan (which is kinda annoying sometimes, imagined she even greets and wants to get a pet from a delivery guy 🥲). I wonder what's the pug's temperament which dominant on Puggle?

@@VaniaAjah Pugs are clingy, snuggly and food motivated too (greedy!) or at least my pug is! So with those similar traits coming from both the pug and the beagle side, I would guess Puggles are all of those things to the extreme - Extra clingy, friendly and greedy!

exactly! i have that issue with my mom, when she tries to tell our puppy a command he’s never learned. he jumped up onto a couch and she’s like “off!” and turns to me when he doesn’t get off, and is like “ugh! he doesn’t listen”

@@notavailable1174 Same with my dad :/ People really don't get it... My dad got another malamute and trained with her maybe 2-3 times, and to this day (a year or 2 after) still gets frustrated when she doesn't listen to him. He hasn't trained her at all after those few times. And doesn't understand why she won't come back when chasing wildlife when he's screaming at her (and she knows she's gonna get a hard whooping if she comes back. God I hate that man).

I think one of the best parts about the video is how hard the owners worked once they learned how to train him. It wasn't a failure of effort to begin with, just knowledge.

I spent more time trying to figure out the layout of that house than paying attention to the dog. If that's the main way in, can you imagine how annoying it must be on rainy days when you need to go open the door and you're in slippers and pajamas 😅

That kind of layout is very popular in many countries. For example, in my country, having a courtyard in between the fence and front door is a norm

I had a puggle, they are the best. He lived to be 16 years old, and passed away just this last november. He was my service dog as well. Loved my Odie bear

I just lost mine at 16 in November. They really are the best, well, and boston terriers. Both my puggle, and my boston terriers were my service dogs at one point.

Puggle have lots of energy their whole lives even when they are older and they are super food motivated, my Puggle was very energetic and would eat anything he could find. (He passed away in October 2021, his name was Boomer, and he was 14.)
