Eh…honestly a lot of people are getting testosterone therapy when they don’t need it at all. Particularly guys who are training poorly (simultaneously too hard but not actually enough volume to make adaptations!) and subsequently not eating and sleeping well which then impacts levels but could totally be corrected by training smart and getting proper rest. Interestingly enough, high level athletes or people who train regularly at a high level actually tend to have slightly lower testosterone levels than those of “untrained” people.
Yeah I'm not sure why the VA would need to give you TRT if you don't need it. I can't imagine all these guy's bodies are under performers. Square up, put in the work, get your mind right.
