Que desgracia que existan seres miserables como él. . . Miles de gracias a los veterinarios porque sin ellos estos animalitos no' existieran y a los del TEAM ❤❤❤❤❤Bendiciones a todos ellos !!! 😢

Don't wonder how the owner sleeps. He's already made it very clear that he had no regard for the puppy. His actions speak louder than words. He did not even bother to answer his phone. One can only hope that he will now be condemned to have to pay for the cost of the entire treatment and possibly face some criminal charges of felony animal neglect. Of course the only thing THAT would possibly accomplish is that he would not drop a sick puppy off next time but let that poor thing rot on the side of the road somewhere (IF there is a next time - who knows?). It looks to me as though this was in Russia. Not sure how the laws work there regarding animals. It does break one's heart to see this.

He should not only get jail time, put a lien on his money to help pay her medical bills and repay the money these people spent to help others dogs or animals they rescue so they can continue their work.❤
