I am the worship pastor at my church. I act as the music director in Sunday service and have multiple worship leaders that rotate through the schedule. I greatly appreciate your videos.

I'm a part time paid worship leader, my full time job doesn't allow alot of extra time so having a part time paid worship director Is critical. Another insight I didn't hear mentioned is that you have someone you can talk shop with, handle issues with, hold each other accountable, stuff u wouldn't want to bother your volunteers with.
