This is Alexander Ashcroft of the Liberation once more giving my report. Well Operation Block Buster was short lived, in the best way possible. Every world between us and the goals of Yaga Minor and Fonder were swiftly captured, though not without some heavy ground losses on occasions. Al that's left now is a sweep up of loosens and taking over Fondor proper not just it's orbit. Still even with the mission over there is much left to be done. We need to make sure the Empire can not just attack and cut us off or take back these worlds. We'll essentially be building a brand new front line. Still this marks not just an end of these endless SSDs, but with the drive yards either under our control, or destroyed outright, the over all production of Imperial Vessels might very well drop till they can make capital building Yards elsewhere. Part of me hopes this is the beginning of the end, but well even there it's a huge chunk of the Galaxy left to liberate. I have a report here as well. Seems the last Bellator we know of is over Taris. The Fleet there seems.. trapped somehow. It would seem this is due to the covert actions of Leia Organa causing issues and small rebellions thought Taris. We should be able to destroy this force as well as take the planet at some point, Let's just hope Miss Organa can hold out till we can send a fleet.
Thanks for the feedback. I can understand wanting unedited footage, but I just feel and fear that I'll never be able to replicate the complete epicness I got with the previous footage. That was the closest to a PERFECT Battle of Coruscant in my view that I'll think I'll ever get. I don't think I'll ever be able to create a battle to equal it. From the opening shots of Home One jumping in and the Y-Wing exiting the hangar. To Home One engaging Thrawn's ship one-on-one and getting an absolute PERFECTION of a POV shot I could put Ackbar's bridge shot in the shot followed by another absolutely PERFECT shot of Home One practically broadside-to-broadside with said ship at the instant of Thrawn's ship blowing up and giving me the most EPIC shot of all time. Plus with the Last Star Destroyer in the Imperial Navy going perfectly broadside-to-broadside with Home One at the end of the main battle and all the epic shots therein. Not to mention all the epic shots of Home One being in the shot at the destruction of each and every one of the 5 Imperial Star Destroyers in the Imperial Fleet as well as being at least partially responsible for each of their destruction. Just the angles of perfection that that battle took are just impossible to replicate. I caught lightning in a bottle the first time, I highly doubt I'll be able to get to even come close to getting another to the same level. I just don't see it happening. I know you personally would like unedited footage, but I prefer just simple pure cinematic footage. I hate to disappoint you but there it is. I hope you can understand my reasoning. But who knows, there's still a long way to go before the end of the campaign. I may change my mind before then? But anyway, thanks for the feedback, I hope you'll continue to follow my campaign. After 5 weeks of non stop negotiations, the two sides have finally come to an agreement* *Currently, Rebel Negotiators along with RA Du Couteau were inside a large meeting room with the Kuati Negotiators both having their own bodyguards. Du Cotueau in particular with her RSFD Captain.* Rear Admiral Du Couteau: I'm glad that I don't have to lie to my friends anymore. RSFD Captain: Friends? Rear Admiral Du Couteau: Yeah. This email is to inform all of you the the negotiations were a success. Kuat grants us full access to their shipyards and KDY has agreed to build Mon Calamari Warships. Engineers and Personnel are already being informed on both sides to avoid conflict. Not only that but their Kuat's lead engineer had sent us a blueprint of an old Super Star Destroyer named the Mandator-Class Star Dreadnought. Posthumously named as *Pride of the Core* due to it being the one supposedly protecting the Core Worlds in case of any invasion. This would be a great asset if we could build it having our own SSD in our pockets. That would be all for now. The Imperial garrisons at Fondor simply realized the truth that even if A Bellator-class Dreadnought is finished construction, still doesn’t change the fact that they will still going lose it to the All Mighty Home Fleet ,just like the rest of its Predecessors.
Normally I would agree with you. But this is a role-play playthrough, and I want to put out the best product for my story. And the old footage is clearly the best I'll ever get to be. It just meshes better with what I want to present. Don't worry, I'm only talking about the Battle of Coruscant alone and not the whole thing. Sorry if that disappoints you but there it is. Besides there should be plenty of time before I reach the end of the campaign and may change my mind before then, it's just a thought at this point. Anyway, thank you for the feedback.
