Plants vs. Zombies is a video game franchise developed by PopCap Games, a subsidiary of Electronic Arts. The series follows the affiliates of David "Crazy Dave" Blazing as they use his plants to defend against a zombie invasion, led by Dr. Edgar George Zomboss.
A gameplay video, and also commentary, with storytelling in Plants Vs. Zombies, PVZ, the game published by PopCap Games. This is a fun/funny, entertaining video about Plants Vs. Zombies and PVZ's craziest theory.

But to know one thing and say another by leaving out facts or crucial details is lying by ommission. Not saying he had the intent to lie, only here to say if that was the case.

in Crazy Dave's shop in PvZ 1 behind his car, there's a brain visible to it along with the other supplies then in PvZ 2 on Far Future on Dave's dialogue before Dr. Zomboss fight, he clearly said “Hey neighbor, can I borrow your brains? I mean hot sauce?” these just adds evidence to the theory

My theory is that Dave was already dead since PvZ1 due to the Bungee kidnapping him, and that the one we see in PvZ2, PvZ3 and other games might be some hallucination or maybe just a clone/hologram of Dave talking, you can connect my theory to yours which brings in an even weirder idea. Which is the fact Zomboss must’ve cloned Dave before eating him, then made the clone have one mission: act like the original Dave and also maybe have a little bit of zombie DNA which explains the cannibalism. Anyways, enough yapping coming from me.

@@bbbrandoif you think harder PvZ2 Dave is kinda suspicious, he acts dumber than in PvZ1, seriously though, he had smart-ish dialogues and in PvZ2 the main thing is Dave just hunting a taco. Also Dave questions the usage of the almanac in the start of the game if i remember right, so that’s suspicious because Dave kinda is the one introducing the almanac to us in the first game.

That would also explain why Dave even can eat brains, since a human could die if it eats one. If I remember well the brain has a defense system and is something poisonous

The shooters games is based on battle for control thats why every sign is zombified and crazy dave being visible outside the map is just the developpers not hinding it good enought And the grave digger zombie is an unused class in pvzgw1 wich was supposed to be the scientist

The theory is good, but there are several points that are a little forced to make the theore work the gravedigger is an easter egg Dave's van not disappearing is a detail they forgot to remove and also its not for any reason that the houses are discounted Even if it's free it still doesn't convince you to live in a place with a war like that

I always had a headcanon that these 2 were Brothers who use dead people to train plants why? because both zombies and plants are dead people who were resurrected by Dave and Zombos, the problem is that zombies want to eat brains and the plants are aggressive so they create endless duels for them, silently creating a new drug that will save humanity

I have a theory of my own.. crazy Dave is actually just schizophrenic goku, way in the future where vegeta’s (zomboss) hairline has gone so far back it just doesn’t exist anymore and the events of the main game don’t exist… the plants on his lawn, the zombies in his front yard, the only real part was vegeta, and even then he imagines him as a zombie. The players point of veiw takes place in Dave’s eyes where everything going on seems to be real but that’s what his mind wants you to think. But in the end this all happens because Dave forgot to take his schizo meds.

here's something you probably didn't even notice You know where Dave's Hidden in Jewel Junction? it's the ONLY part of Jewel Junction to be marked as "No Tresspassing: Zombie Protection Area" instead of "Warning: Private Porpurrty. You Shall Not Pass!" or "Caution: Super High Voltage 🌩NO TOUCHY!🌩"

Im surprised you didn't bring up crazy dave getting kidnapped in the final level for pvz by a zombie, as he could have been effected or, there is a picture of Crazy Dave and Dr. Zomboss with the plants and zombies together saying that they been working together and the wars they did with each other weren't for the reasons we thought.

Another thing that supports this zomboss and Dave are working together is that in the final battle of plants vs zombies Dave is taken away by zomboss but never gets his brain taken. Zomboss could have taken the brain from Dave but didnt

Your theory is very good, but some points called me out, first, chomper pizza's chips and chops may be like this because the onwer is a chomper, he eats zombies, also the taco he ate in pvz 2 was vegetarian, proof on the final boss on far future, the brain that had many pointers on it was because of the investigations on zombies, trying to know what is their objective, there is some others but I wont point they out, something that make me a little confused is the fact you object yourself, but is a worthless detail

lemmie sum it up for ya, the zombies took over and the plants built all that stuff like statues and shops in protected areas, then zombies attacked and took over part of the area, so the zombies redecorated, they left dome of the plant-built stuff laying around because they are to stupid to realize, also zomboss is way to lazy to notice it anyways.

Another point is that the Dreadroots as well as Deadwood in weirding woods were made to "protect" the humans, as well as keep the zombies trapped in Z-tech factory, kind of acting like a sort of double mouse trap for Dave. It hits two birds with one stone

why wouldnt the dna from the plants in the minigame (the minigame where the zombies have plants on their shoulders) shoot the zombies? its not a difference. the plants are just on their shoulders. should they not shoot the zombies? thats another sign.
