Am i the only one who thinks that blurry shadows is more realistic? You can get sharp shadows in reality,sure. But then you must have object and light source close together. In game, for like a person out walking, blurry shadows is more true to life.

I don't quite understand how they keep squeezing performance out of the series s. Maybe it's using fsr techniques, or their getting a better understanding of the system? Impressive either way. Hopefully we get some godrays on the playstation Ina future patch.

+ HDR is, once again, kinda broken. Playing on my C1 /SX and had to crank it up to max. Otherwise it's so dark, you barely can see anything,even in a darkened room.

I can actually understand this game being at 30fps, gives it more of a film-like appearance; the PS5 not having visible light shafts is unacceptable. Surely, the Playstation 5 can do lighting. If I would have seen this prior to purchase, I probably would have gotten the PC version instead of PS5. I wouldn't have thought a game like this would be super taxing on a system. Apparently I'm wrong, apparently we've moved into a time where everything is real-time. That's good, but like someone below said, do we really need 4k if it comes at such a cost? Give me 1440p and bump up the effects. Its how I run my PC RTX2060).

those graphics aren't impressive for a 30fps game, the PS5 lack of god ray is probably a bug, but both systems shadows are awful and breaks immersion.

Xbox seems to just look miles better every game that comes out,That power is creeping in now since the fanboys went quiet when games were launched 😂,The differences on a 4k screen are pretty big in texture,Detailing,Colours and resolution now.

I'm playing on a SX hooked to a C1 OLED. There's one strange behaviour with this game, I never encountered with any other : The game is, of course, very cutscene heavy and after a short while the screen darkens as if the SX or the TV puts itself into some kind of screen saver -mode. I disabled everything related to those things on my TV and Series X. Is anyone else experiencing this? Like I said, this is the only game where this happens.

The frame rate seems higher than 30fps on console even with motion blur on. That's a good thing I suppose, but I don't see why they didn't add in a performance mode.

The game looks great on Series S but the water effects are really bad. When characters splash each other it looks like PS2-level animation and resolution. A big oversight in an otherwise brilliant game.

Xbox Series S is way more capable, I don't understand why Microsoft allows not to take this superb machine seriously by the developers when literally is the only Next Gen console globally available and the one that is saving this console generation. I think the focus is on Series X/PS5 and then Series S is a quick port for save their asses, like Techland does.
