What an original and beautiful salute from the farmers tractor "Honor Guard". That was so thoughtful, touching and well done. Bless the hands that feed the world. Farewell to Much Beloved QUEEN ELIZABETH II. God Bless The King. A Colorado Mountain Grandma,. USA 💜
Ruth I applaud what you said, now is not the time for politics but to show appreciation to the late Queen for a life of service fulfilled right to the end.Thank you.
Don't mistake Scottish Independence for Republicanism. Self-rule free of Westminster doesn't mean the Scots wants to do away with the British monarchy. They just want to be like Canada or Australia.
I remember following my father’s and years later, my mothers coffin in the hearse. I couldn’t believe my loved ones were within. I felt the same seeing our beloved Queens coffin. Just five days ago, she was meeting her new PM with that famous, welcoming smile. Now, she’s gone on her final journey to be with her beloved Philip. Unbelievable. May she rest in peace, and rise in glory. 🌹
Baroness Davidson is so respectful and well-spoken. I admire her wisdom in how she put differences aside during this time and showed respect for the queen.
You are right Dirk, Baroness Davidson , so well spoken...the best. As far as Fatima goes...too early for controversy..thank you... Just so you know Fatima, am a French speaking girl from Canada and I always admire the Queen for all of her qualities, too many to mention. In Canada, we are The Commonwealth. Thank you.
@@sunflower-oo1ff I respect Baroness Davidson for this.Scotland wheather Nationalist or Unionist was united in grief. She had the dignity to rise above being cajolled into apolitical discussion. One of the aspects that marred the coverage of the death in Scotland was the relentless harassment by TV jounalists of ordinary people and trying to exploit their own politicalviews. Many Nationalists are monarchists and you will also find republicans in other political circles. so it is not so black and white
I know the Queen chose where she wanted to pass, this was planned and now she can travel through Scotland too her favourite places one more time and allow her mourners to say goodbye, RIP our glorious Queen. You were a phenomenal woman and loved by many.

I seen the queen in 2016 in Manchester, she was so picture perfect and beautiful. God rest sweet queen, I'm not alone in saying this is a very emotional time for us all. Give us strength and shine bright x
I regret not being able to see Her Majesty in person but from your description she must have been so wonderful to have seen. Long Live Her Majesty, The Queen. She raised our standards in a ruler and she will be hard to live up to.
I’m not British. But she had always been THE queen since I was little. Somehow I thought she was immortal and she would be there forever. I’m deeply saddened by the loss of her Majesty. My deepest Condolences for the Royal Family. It must be heartbroken for them. May the Queen Rest In Peace.🙏🏻
The tractors forming guard of honour…so thoughtful. ! Most people in mourning colours so respectful. Mind she loved a while spectrum of colours in her clothing and life. The rainbows over the palace so amasing…! May she rest eternally in peace with her Prince. Thank you for your service your Royal Highness
Baroness Amos is a very intelligent woman. She spoke with measure and with great understanding of the myriad of issues that the modern world brings. She's still young, I do hope that she can bring her knowledge and expertise to the new government.
Yes!! I think so too. The Queen said that Balmoral is her paradise in the highlands. We may have seen her coffin leave those grounds for the last time but believe that in spirit she is back in Balmoral with her husband. Her mother. Her father. Her family who passed before her xxx
I offer my RESPECT to the citizens of Scotland. You honored HMTQ well. 🏴🇬🇧 That HMTQ passed away in her beloved Balmoral was right and somewhat reassuring, I feel. We can believe she was where she most loved to be. HMTQ passed in a peaceful manner in her most peaceful place on earth. May God comfort all who suffer, mourn, and grieve. 🙏♥️🙏

This will be the 2nd king for me. But yes you are right that the queen has had 70 year on the throne. Or 7 decades. A lot of water gone under the bridge in that time. Let's hope Charles won't mess it up? As diana would not be were she is now. If it weren't for him??.
Well this brought tears to my eyes...Edinbirg amd Scotland being my ancestral home. My part of our family were forced away from Scotland at swordpoint having been captured at the Battle of Dunbar near Edinburgh in support of Charles I. The fact of my ancestor, Robert Edmonston, who grew up on the outskirts of Edinburgh, younger brother of Lord Edmonston, and decendant of Robert the Bruce, St. Margaret of Scotland, a Princess of Wessex shipwrecked with her mother on the Scottish coast and other noteworthy Scots, warms my heart. Robert was marched first to Durham Cathedral then along with others, forcibly shipped to the Maryland Colony. After the Restoration he was gifted several plantations by a representative of King Charles II for his loyal service to King CHarles I. I doubt the land made up for his loss. I have always known and felt I was Scottish and visited there several times. I THOROUGHLY understand the Queen's love for Scotland, very like the love Queen Victoria had for it as well. It is a sad day mourning her loss, but a thankful day for her steadfastness...she was a queen who lived up to her promise and no one could have asked anything more ....she devoted her life in its entirety to the British people and the WORLD takes its figurative hat off to her Majesty for a life spent fulfilling her promise.
I think she loved everywhere she went all nationalities she had a loving Heart for all walks of life she will be sorely missed but God save the King Charles III as he has the same Love as his Mother&Father Had LONG LIVE OUR KING 🤴
Well, yeah, I think out of the 4 British countries, Scotland was her soft spot. Considering she has more of a heritage with that country than she does with the other 3. Though she would never say it out loud, I think it was pretty clear that was the case considering when she was off duty she was quick to spend her time there.
This Queen deserves the utmost respect for her dedication to the Commonwealth she served. My sincere condolences to the family and the Commonwealth. 💞😔
Credit to Baroness Davidson to not get herself pulled into a political debate and refocused the conversation to being about people's tribute as something personal and completely avoided making any cheap political shots.
The end of an era it's as if a part of my childhood died. She was a symbol of leadership..I don't know why I am sad😢❤️🥰🌹Rest In Peace Queen Elizabeth II
SOUL'S JOURNEY AFTER DEATH Al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, when the believer is ready to depart the world and is facing the Hereafter, angels from heaven descend with bright faces, as if their faces were the sun, with them are the shrouds and perfumes of Paradise, until they sit from him a distance as far as the eye can see. Then, the angel of death, upon him be peace, comes until he sits by his head and he says: O pure soul, come out to the forgiveness of Allah and His pleasure! He takes it out like a drop from a water-skin and holds it, never to leave his hand for the blink of an eye until he places it in that shroud and perfume. The scent coming from it is more pleasant than any musk you would find on the face of the earth. He ascends and passes by no gathering of angels but that they say: What a pure spirit! They say he is this person, son of this person, calling him by the best names by which he was known in the world, until he stops at the lowest heaven and seeks entry and it will be opened for him. The company of each heaven bring him closer to the heaven following it until he stops at the seventh heaven. Allah Almighty will say: Write the record of My servant in the righteous register and return him to the earth, for from it I created them, to it I return them, and from it I will take them out once again. His spirit will be returned to his body and two angels will come to sit by him, saying to him: Who is your Lord? He will say: My Lord is Allah. They will say: What is your religion? He will say: My religion is Islam. They will say: Who is this man sent you? He will say: He is the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. They will say: How did you know? He will say: I read the Book of Allah, had faith in it, and believed in it. A heavenly announcement will be made: My servant has spoken the truth! Spread out carpets for him in Paradise, clothe him for Paradise, and open a gate for him to Paradise! Its comforts and fragrances will come to him and his grave will become spacious as far as his eye can see. A handsome man, with fine clothes and wonderful fragrance, will come and say: Glad tidings of what pleases you, for this was your Day you were promised! He will say: Who are you with such a handsome face? He will say: I am your righteous deeds! He will say: O Lord, begin the Hour that I may return to my family and property!” The Prophet continued, “Verily, when the unbeliever is ready to depart the world and is facing the Hereafter, angels descend from heaven with darkened faces and with them sack-cloth. They will sit away from his as far as the eye can see. Then, the angel of death approaches until he sits by his head and he says: O filthy soul, come out to the displeasure of Allah and His wrath! He will be separated from his body like the tearing of skewers from wet wool and he holds it in his hand, never to leave it for the blink of an eye, until he places it in this sack-cloth. The scent coming from it is like the most foul corpse found upon the face of the earth. They will ascend with him and not pass by a gathering of angels but that they say: What a filthy spirit! They say he is this person, son of this person, calling him by the ugliest names by which he was known in the world, until he stops at the lowest heaven. They will request it to be opened for him but it will not open.” Then, the Prophet recited the verse, “The gates of heaven will never open for them, nor will they enter Paradise, until the camel goes through the eye of the needle,” (7:40). The Prophet said, “Allah Almighty will say: Write his record in the wicked register in the lowest earth. His spirit will be thrown down,” then the Prophet recited the verse, “It is as though he had fallen from the sky and was snatched by the birds or the wind carried him down into a remote place,” (22:31). The Prophet said, “His spirit will return to his body and two angels will come to sit by him, saying to him: Who is your Lord? He will say: Uh, uh, I do not know! They will say: What is your religion? He will say: Uh, uh, I do not know! They will say: Who is this man sent to you? He will say: Uh, uh, I do not know! A heavenly announcement will be made: He has lied! Spread carpets for him in Hellfire and open a gate for him to Hellfire! Its heat and its flames will approach him, and he will be squeezed in his grave until his ribs press together. An ugly man, with hideous clothing and a foul stench, will approach him and say: Glad tidings of what despairs you, for this is your Day you were promised! He will say: Who are with your evil face? He will say: I am your wicked deeds! He will say: O Lord, do not begin the Hour!” Source: Musnad Aḥmad 18534
God's timing is perfect and He wanted to take His faithful servant from Balmoral Castle where she was the happiest with her husband and family! She loved the people in Scotland and her passing here was perfect and allowed her neighbors and friends to say a farewell which wouldn't have happened had she passed away at Windsor!
We in America made the break, rather violently, and have never looked back. But still view Britons and the monarchy as close friends and allies. Like a cherished family heirloom we would never forsake nor be willing to give up. Ever!
We expected an outpouring of love, gratitude and respect from the U.K. and the Commonwealth, but all the kind words from other countries are unexpected and so lovely to read. Thank you. 🇺🇸🇬🇧
Perhaps America should have stayed loyal to the Crown they would be better off. America is a country that is in so much turmoil I can never admire that country the way I love the CROWN. NZer here.
@@janetihaka799 Agreed. The USA is a disaster of gun toting, backward thinking, education disdaining, science denying, superstitious fascists. Better for Britain that they are not tied to such a sinking ship.
@@janetihaka799 America is in turmoil because everyone believes their rights are more important than the other person's. No one can agree on anything. That is what lead to the mass confusion and the turmoil that exists here
It is a lovely country any time of year but we do get a fair share of rain so it's lush with many lochs and rivers. Thank you for your kind words about Queen Elizabeth, she was an amazing woman and we want see the like again .
Reverence shown to the queen who dutifully served the British nation for 70 years should be fully and completely observed for at least an entire week or when the burial is completed. A decidedly callous tradition of celebrating the new monarch whose morality is in stark contrast to this fabulous and irreplaceable is difficult to reconcile and detracts from the solemnity of the occasion. RIP gracious Queen Elizabeth ll.
His morality? He loved Camilla but was not allowed to marry her.... she has been his love all his life... Yes, his marriage to Diana was arranged, yet she loved Charles and honoured the Monarchy... The late Diana had bulimia, (a mental health disorder) most of her adult life, so she would not have been an easy person to live with... Diana produced the future HEIR and did a fantastic job, Charles honoured her by organising a State Style Funeral... for the people... but he read the sentiments as he saw them... so he honoured the wishes of his people... even HMTQ gave honour to Diana at her funeral, she has never bowed to anyone Time to let the past go... Charles 3rd is King, Camilla his Queen...they will be the best they can be...
There needs to be evidence of continuity...traditionally the country would be at risk of attack without a clear declaration of immediate visible evidence of leadership.
In Italy we sincerly love the Queen Elizabeth II, for her dignity, and her sense of duty of her role. We admire the british royal family so different from ours passed awful Savoia buffons

the sorrowful silence and respect she received as she passed through one final time is telling of how cherished her presence was by many. not only did they lose a Queen - politics aside - perhaps more importantly, they lost someone who gave them comfort and hope during hard times for 70 years. a constant and familiar figure for so many. may she rest peacefully. God bless Queen Elizabeth II.
Right on point: this is a time to put politics aside. I can't believe some of the downright mean comments I have read online. Nobody can say the Queen didn't fulfill her promise of dedicating her life to the service of her country and people.
It feels fated that the Queen passed away at Balmoral her special place of sanctuary and family and freedom from the restraints of her duty. Well said Baroness her loss does feel personal and reminds us of the loss of our loved ones. A true Matriach. May you rest in peace 🙏 ❤
My heart is literally in my throat. Her Majesty was an angel on earth. Humanity has lost one of its very best. May she rest in peace with her beloved Prince Philip. 💕💕
To the English people: I admired your Queen so much for her unwavering work ethic and impeccable manners at all times. I apologize for some of remarks made on this thread in such bad taste by those who are undoubtedly citizens of the USA - I am embarrassed that my countrymen have shown themselves to be so common at such a sad time. Please rest in well-deserved peace, Queen Elizabeth. Godspeed.
You are a gem, i am from the west Indies and i will ever admire this Queen. We will remember what was done to our ancestors but i still give her much respect for all she ment to the world. May she Rest In Peace.
Of course she was nice. She was a billionaire Queen. Who wouldn’t be nice? I think it’s weird some peoples assessment of having tax payers continue paying for a monarch, simply based on “how well her manners were”. All of those jewels in the Crown were stolen from their colonial possessions. Much of their current family wealth is remnants of the slave trade and British land holdings. No one is cheering or happy that an old lady died. However, that doesn’t take away from the horrible truths about the monarchy. Brits are proud of their monarchy yet the monarchy is based on the slave trade, colonialism and inequity… nothing to be proud about.
Imagine simping for some billionaire colonialist queen who didn’t care about you but cared a lot about getting more wealthy and protecting her pedophilic children like “Prince” Andrew
it finally hit me ... when I saw her coffin! it is true the Queen has pass away. I am from Mexico, but I admired her since I came to know and learn about Queen Elizabeth. As a 6 year old I was with my school class on the kingsway Dundee as HRH toured Scotland after her coronation, today 69 years later feit deemed her to travel the same road. RIP our much loved Queen.
I wish The Queen could see this moment when all the people mourns and yet shows deep love. She deserves to see all this when she was still alive and in struggle of what's happening with her family. She is the most calmed person I've seen. And I will always love her. ❤️
Rest in peace our beloved Queen Elizabeth 2nd! It's a very good example, the Bible says Jesus is the King of Kings! And also it says that we shall sit with Kings and Queens 👸 May God bless England 🇬🇧 🙏
The Baroness has absolutely right. She knows exactly what she is talking about. She understands very well what is currently going on in Jamaica and others!! It's the world who is changing, they want their independence, but in friendship together!! Equal in talking together! I think that King Charles understands that very well, even William. They had already said, in there own ways, that they will support the countries who wishes to be independence. Thank you Baroness for your very clear explanations!
Jamaica etc have been independent since the 60s. What they want now is to be Republics... that is to remove the Queen as head of state. They have long been independent and self ruling. The queen is just a figurehead head of state without any power.
Well said! Taking the long view and being in PARTNERSHIP, is strength in numbers. Yes, times have changed, "bow to the past, but don't be bound to it" (the Queen addressing Norther Ireland.) Continuity and stability is something to strive for. The past is history, the future is a mystery.
Heartbreaking, but seeing her with the saltire comforts me she truly loved Scotland and Scotland loved her. She is a legend and will never be surpassed, the best ruler of Britania ever. Makes me prouder than ever to be British. She spent 70% of her quality time at Balmoral and that speaks volumes and means the world to Scotland and the UK as a whole. Rest now Elizabeth, 70 years of holding a 4 country Nation together is an astonishing feat but I hope you hear this my Queen we were always one nation under your reign and I pray your legacy will keep us so. I can just see Philip impatiently waiting to be reunited with his true love again, farewell my queen.
@@AconcernedUKcitizen I guess the relevance is Diana heralded a more modern, touchy feely monarchy. I think King Charles first speech was very in that vein too. Calling her his darling Mama, not just the Queen etc as would have been protocol years ago. The consensus is he has big changes planned, not just his vision of a more streamlined 'core family' of him & William.
I am living in the Netherlands and I am really really sad for the loss of her Majesty. Your Queen was really a special human being. Despite all the conflicts and sad events she never took a populistic route and has always tried to unite everyone. Whereas rest of the Europe become more and more nationalistic and racist. In my opinion she was the best of what western civilization has ever experienced in the last centuries. My absolute respect to your Queen !
So heartfelt touching scene seeing how the people of UK loved their Queen coming out in thousands to bid her the last farewell. The memory of her has left behind a pleasant mark in all the people of UK.
You should have seen how many ten of thousands came out when they farewell'd their Princess Diana at her procession. Nothing compared to the Queen. Talk about heartbreaking there.
It just feels strange , as a 48 year old Australian so far away from the UK , she was still our Queen and it's been that way my whole life . I wouldn't have thought I'd feel much of anything , especially as living to 96 is what I'd call , a good run and a privilege . But it is still sad and hard to imagine her gone from our lives . It also reminds me of my own ageing and the loss of a generation to the next . Makes me want to do more with the rest of my time .
So many of us are saddened by the death of Her Majesty, whether we were British, Australian, Canadian, from New Zealand, from The Bahamas (can’t think of all the places she ruled over-). She was our Queen and The Queen. She was the grandmother to everyone regardless if you had one or not. I am from Britain and I’ve only ever known Her Majesty as The Queen and she really did have quite a good run. The longest reigning monarch. Our 96 year old Grandmother. I can’t imagine a world without seeing her face on our coins and notes. It just sounds wrong. Impossible to imagine. Slowly everyone’s generations will die out. And whilst Gen Z is still up and running, so am I but I know it won’t last forever… I want to do something with my life instead of slaving away at a desk. Going out with something memorable to leave behind sounds like the way everyone should go out, just like Her Majesty.
