It's pretty much the one large ship offering "cruises to nowhere" in the USA- and it gets away with it because it's no longer a "ship" under local law, it's a "building" lol

@@yushengwixoss lol yeah That’s n our honeymoon (2005) my wife and I sat and marveled at her. We had done zero research on Long Beach and did not know she didn’t sail. I remember the two of us sitting and talking about how she could sail out of there with the rocks all around. lol 😂 I can laugh at myself now
