@@OMG_BeCkY it's 90 thousand Square feet. A normal home takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months to complete. This isn't a normal home. Plus construction stopped for a while after 08. That's started back building in 12 or 13 I believe. Then of course their daughter passed away so I think they stopped on it a year or 2. Not to mention covid hit which put a stop so no everything is going again. It will completed
I do agree this man is the WORST father. He doesn’t spend time with any of his kids. But, keeps having more kids, knowing he will not live to see them grow up. His wife seemed incredibly naïve and thought they were helping people. But, they took complete advantage of “poor” people by getting them approved for these time shares. The part where she had a limo drive thru McDonalds was so cringe. Then, for her to talk about how they had lost so much money. It made me sick.

I watched the documentary, "The Queen of Versailles," and those eight kids need to have chores. The house the Segals were living in looked like a tornado swept through it; toys and clothes strewn on the floors and the kids walk by it like it's nothing. In one scene, Mrs. Segal is at Wal Mart buying shopping carts of toys and in another scene, she's walking through a garage filled with bicycles. Come on, pick up that shit.

I raised my 4 children alone,no support & we were extremely poor! I finally could afford to but some hamburger to put in their hamburger helper!lol. While I condemn the politics and the nefarious way in which David uses hard sell tactics to sell his time shares, I do love Jackie. Jackie grew up poor, went to school to become an engineer, was abused by her ex-husband (he literally slashed her face), became Miss Florida and does a tremendous amount of charity work related to her daughter drug overdose.
They don’t deserve to die just because they are better at accumulating wealth then you are. Also you described time shares THEY ARE ALL LIKE THAT so while time shares are inherently a lil scummy I don’t think they are immoral nor are his timeshares worse then any other time shares.

About Victoria’s voice, I wish the Seigel’s parents would look into helping the children of their own twins daughter’s high-school in Florida… there is a somewhat of a concern with kids getting caught vaping and drugs in the bathrooms and I reached out to the school for a program to enroll my children but the school administration said they have no programs to prevent kids or get them detoxed from vaping or drugs!!!

I did some research into this family, a few years ago, after watching their documentary because I was concerned about the children's well-being.......... only to find the daughter had died. Deadly sins are not good role models = greed, gluttony, lust, anger, envy.... Children don't expose themselves to Addiction, usually parents do that, if parents smoke, kids might be more inclined to smoke too, same with booze, pills, street drugs, etc. Human brain is so complex it takes 25 years to build one, exposure to an unnatural buzz before 25 is bound to impact the brain, it could cause arrested-development.
Tell that to captain Lee. His son overdosed and that guy is a straight shooter. This family and captain Lee spoke a couple of times regarding how to cope with losing a child to addiction. I wont blame any parent for a grown child od'ing.
