It's actually kinda insane, bloodbath was considered almost impossible at the time and was unbeaten for almost a year, but now it's out of the top 100. Great video though :)

Great video honestly, really interesting to look back at it with a different lens. I also think it's worth mentioning that from memory, Sandstorm and I both beat Cataclysm on the same day only hours apart.

I find that although this is the longest and most influential GD race for a level. The race to beat Bloodlust caused more damage because it Pointercrate banned Skullo and Sunix, caused the FPS Bypass debate, caused the PPF vs Bloodlust drama, tore some people's reputation, etc.

Fun fact: There are 443 people proven to have beaten bloodbath legit. There 553 people who from all over the world that have reached earth's orbit. I get geometry dash was released way after we sent people into space, but just the fact that more people have been to space than victors of bloodbath is a statement as to its difficulty.

Good video, but there are some mistakes. Firstly, smokes was 60hz before he returned back to the game. I believe he got 92 on bloodbath on 60hz. Also GironDavid was the first victor and sandstorm beat cata only a couple of hours or so before riot I believe

As influential and important as the whole race was... it really hasn't been well documented in one video till now. People tend to forget Surv and Quasar nowadays despite them having pretty damn good rep for a decent while after. Good work on this! Really good stuff.

The closest thing to this race that I have seen happen so far was the race for the second mobile victor on Celestial Force, with the insane ending of Thunder having it sniped from him at the last minute with Venfy and Tetrys (Second and Third Victors) beating it on the same day.
