Am I missing something, or was there some stipulation saying you couldn't use the fast route to Pinwheel? I had anxiety watching you run past that first bridge every time...

I must not know the fast route, honestly! We were just kind of screwing around at a certain point. I also really wanted to kill Patches haha.

You say that like everyone must automatically know that route. He’s clearly not the most experienced player yet (based upon the comments made at the start) and the crypt can be pretty maze like and confusing for players to navigate even when not worrying about taking double damage from ng+ enemies
