Italian, Brazilian, French drivers: "This is a dream. I talk to my car in my sleep. Her curves...the beauty...the heart...the passion!" Finnish driver: "Is a car...you drive...fast...on black round Pirellis"
@@friktionrc that’s not what I said. I said that F1 is nowhere near as dangerous as it used to be. If you quit shooting from the hip, you might hit something.
@@Abbeville_Kid Don’t act like ‘holier than thou’ mate….you know full well the context in what you meant, when responding to the comment from the person before who said “Still is dangerous, drivers still die but yes respect to all the ones past present and coming in the future”. You could have kept schtum as that person acknowledged it was dangerous in the past and was paying respect to all drivers who died…..you just wanted to have your two pence worth and now got your knickers in a twist because someone pulled you up on it.
@@friktionrc Yes. He said it’s still dangerous and I pointed out the it’s no where as dangerous as it used to be in the 50’s and 60’s. I’m not point out that it isn’t dangerous now, I’m pointing out that in the past, it used to be crazy.
This is one of the best F1 videos I've ever seen, and perhaps one of the best I'll ever see. This radiates hope, nostalgia, compassion, emotions, manliness, guts, determination, hardwork, perseverance, resilience, danger, birth, death, accident, personality, dedication, risks and love; all part of Formula 1. This encompasses it all. Truly, a remarkable video.
"When a car runs harmoniously and the engine sounds harmoniously, the noise transforms into music. The driver is like an orchestra conductor" -Juan Manuel Fangio
back in a day where it was about drivers, bringing themselves and their machinery to the absolute limit. and not today where its commercialized to an extend where its not even enjoyable to watch anymore. i salute to the legends. those who defied odds and sometimes death for glory.
F1 is the only sport that has caused feelings in me, I have laughed and cried watching the races. Everyone risks their life in this discipline and they know it, but it is an impulse that they cannot stop, something that cannot be said in words but all motor enthusiasts understand. Few are those who have the talent and the luck to get into an F1 and fight against the greatest. Many of us have this eternal dream that we may never fulfill, but even so we get excited in each fight for victory and we worry about each accident; Regardless of whether we are the pilots or we are behind a screen watching them, we have the same passion as them. This is without a doubt the most emotional video of motorsport in general.
I was in desperate anger and depression this sort of dream could not come true as I was told, I would never be a racing driver even if I cared. But this cheered me up.
what a beautiful tribute to these heroes. men we all look up to that have given us so much joys as racing fans. they give us everything including their lives on occasion.
What misses is adrenaline, the sound, the effort driving cars, make f1 less fast and more difficoult to drive, i have never see today a driver going into a corner sliding the car. That's why f1 in the past was so interesting.
This should be on every race fan's recommended list! Brilliant video with many great quotes by the legends of the sport and memorable imagery. The music suits the whole thing so well...
What about the second channel (Antti2fan)? It's been taken down from RU-vid. Will you reupload those videos too? Please Such masterpieces like "Summer night in Le Mans" can not be forgotten...
Fangio was the pilot who treated he's car best he never passed the limit, he said it was just like a horse and this is what made him the best at his time.
Outstanding work! A fantastic, thrilling video that explains so well why some of us fell in love with Formula 1. Which only makes the artificial shit-show that F1 has become all the more painful for those of us who knew it when it was authentic and beautiful.
