Composed with a river of salted caramel on a soft caramel cremeux, a light caramel mousse, a moist peanut financier sponge, a crunchy recomposed peanut cookie and the whole thing wrapped up in a thin layer of caramelized white chocolate!
It's pretty wholesome seeing that people mention how kind and down-to-earth he is despite his popularity. Gives you a little more faith that humanity isn't so bad after all.
@Repent and believe in Jesus Christ Jesus, of he existed at all, was a literal con man. Get a life and stop believing in childish, pathetic fairy tiles.
Homeboy made and crushed some caramel which he put into a dough... which he then crushed again to put into a second dough... my mans on another level!!
I bet this guy is Hella expensive to order from. I mean worth every penny and its exquisite work, but i cannot imagine with all the work he puts in that these arent $40 a party favor or something
Wow, this is incredible. This is the kind of stuff that inspires me to get up and work when I'm depressed, it reminds me that there is a journey to skill. No one is necessarily born talented , they just learn their skills through years of time and effort. The same can be said with this. Years of training, experimentations, and practice went into this craft. With enough effort, anyone could do something incredible.
I wish my mother was still alive and able to watch your programmes and these videos. She would have loved them and been amazed at how you do this. Truly amazing
That was what stood out for me, too! There was not only a clever way of manipulating the texture of the cookies into a building material partway, but they looked like really tasty cookies in and of themselves!
This guy must have an enormous catalogue of different treats in his head if he can come up with stuff like this. The creativity of using such a variety of different textures together, using all those complex preparations, indicates a real master-level understanding of the craft. He can probably visualize individual components interacting in the final product before he's even written anything down.
