Being like raiders is the most realistic way I see most people behaving after an apocalypse. When things get desperate morals go out the window real quick.
I wouldn't call the Family as raiders. They are more of a group, or a more civilized small gang at worst. They don't really raid settlements. The worst they did was when 1 of them killed some Brahmin, something that the leader was against. Additionally, the White Legs are a tribe, not a raider gang
Yeah the line between gang and raiders seems pretty blurry and you've got a point with the family. I'd say the white legs definitely are raiders, just a tribal pack of them, they raid and slaughter more than most
