A very educative lecture which has cleared a lot of doubt through a simple explanation. However, the definition of Land at Sec 5(24) of RTA-1955 also mentions that ".......it shall include benefits to arise out of land and things attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to earth". Could you please expalin. Thank you.

Sir, If a person is using an unoccupied land (which belongs to no one) for grazing his cattle, to whom should he pay d Sayar? And if he pays anything to d govt, it will be called land revenue not Sayar.... or rent n revenue mean d same when paid to d govt.❓

जय हिंद लगभग 60 वर्षो से अधिक समय से सम्पति आपके कब्जे में है। इन वर्षों में कोई लगान आदि का भुगतान तो हुआ ही होगा। कब्जा शांति पूर्वक है। पटवारी से मिलना चाहिए। नामांतरण आपकी तरफ ही बनता है।
Sir i have a query. Supposedly i am having agricultural land (ancestral land) in Uttar Pradesh which has been devolved upon me through inheritance. Now who is a land holder in this case ? Is UP govt is a land holder ? Sir secondly , what are the taxes / rent / revenues are paid by a farmer on agricultural land in current scenerio of Uttar Pradesh or rajashthan.
Dear Shovit ....It is all about Raj Land Law....And after Golak Nath case it is clear that you we have no fundamental right of Property....So all we are just as for as we teacher the conclusion, not the actual owner of any immovable property.
