Immediately after the ending, the missile launched itself only for the gigachad F-15 to make good on his words and turn 90 degrees, confusing the missile and making it miss. It then self detonated out of shame. Ripperoni in pepperoni
@CLICKONMYPROFILETOGETROBUX because the Harrier roasted the F:22 and F:35, but the missle is also the F:22 so technically the Harrier roasted the missle and the missle was roasting the Harrier at the start of the "F:22 and F:35 get roasted, but by who?" Video
@@Rbn_e yes. The only thing that could possibly be a roast is that it doesn't have stealth but no one had then so yeah it's unroastable. It's good in every way
Best I could think is it's a 3rd gen in terms of avionics in 4th gen clothing, also the variable sweep wing mechanism being heavy asf someone is gonna be bound to make a yo mama joke about its weight.... also (insert co-pilot browning his pants when the main pilot does some sketchy maneuvers here)
I think it's a bad idea to annoy *fricking talking plane* which is playing main boss battle music. *Especially* when this guy is F-cking *Demon Lord of the Round Table* or *Larry Foulke*
@@xxx_adruyinargaming_xxx6325"I wonder why people are freaking out, the damage doesn't seems to be that bad for me" ... "...oh..." - Something the pilot who landed the single-winged F-15 that day must've thought
Fun fact: I worked on the airstrip where the one with the missing wing landed and heard 2nd hand stories from people who were there. The entire groundcrew was so panicked but the pilots didn't see an issue until they landed and saw the fireball.
was it on fire on approach? or did it land and suddenly combust? because I feel it would be pretty hard not to see the entire right side of your aircraft ingulfed in flames. regardless of missing wing
I remember watching an interview with the crew. They knew the aircraft was damaged, so they approached at a higher speed than normal to maintain control, but it wasn't until the aircraft came to a stop on the ground and the fire was out that they realized the extent of the damage. I think it really speaks to the design of the F-15 line that such a feat was possible, as those are large wings that will produce a lot of lift, and the asymmetry would be particularly noticeable at high alpha flight stages such as approach and landing. I imagine if the crew knew how badly damaged the F-15 was, they would have elected to punch out rather than attempt to land it. That would have been the safest decision for all involved except the airframe and the taxpayer's wallet, and I believe this happened in Israel, I might be wrong. But from what I understand, the cloud of fuel was concealing the missing wing and trailing fireball.
I love the F-15 vibing and dancing to the Spanish guitar music. But man, that roast was brutal. Did not even try to soften those punches. Don't worry MGS, I'm sure a thicc passenger jet is close by.
@@Kazperh no, Infrared Search and Track. It's a passive sensor pod that is like a Hubble Telescope that sees IR, so it does not emit like radar. It can use that IR signal to target aircraft that are hard to see on radar by targeting their engines or whatever else is hot. It doesn't make stealth obsolete, but you better believe it gives fourth gen and legacy jets an edge against stealth aircraft.
@@rhubarbpie2027 I wouldn't say it gives 4th gen an edge, it's more like it gives them a glimmer of hope. Irsts on 4th gen fighter's are only effective for a couple dozen km, while a f22 can hit them from well over 100 km. The f35s das is much better than traditional irst, and has much greater range and resolution because a) the imagers are higher quality and b) there are a lot more of them, especially if there are multiple f35s on station, they seamlessly share all the raw data with each other. No one knows how far it can target, but there's pretty good footage of a ballistic missile launch 800 Miles away from the f35 out there recorded using its das.
@@Typexviiib the latest AIM120 AMRAAM got a confirmed hit from over 100nm, will try to find sources. The F-15's radar is the eye of sauron, coupled with IRST it is formidable.
That thing about the guided bomb is a reference to the stupidest air to air kill ever in which an F-15E dropped a bomb and hit a moving helicopter with it
As the missile attempted to shoot down the F-15, during combat it, along with its wingman, began to lose the gray and tan colored paint. Both planes had under paint which was mostly white, but there were some differences. The flight leader had blue tail wings, while his wingman had a red painted wing. The missile panicked as it realized the F-15s it attempted to kill were in fact Cipher and Solo Wing Pixy of Galm team.
@@mauswaffe It can land without a wing but that doesn’t mean it can fight without a wing. From what I understood, all that happened was the engines powered through the sky.
As a previous F-15 aircraft armament technician, this is exactly everything I was hoping for. Brother, you did GOOD. I’ve seen two other vids, but this… this has earned a sub.
The F-15 is armed with many deadly weapons, including the AIM-7 Sparrow, AIM-9 Sidewinder, and its 20mm gatling gun. However, the most powerful weapon the F-15 possesses is undeniably the "no u".
I was at the 2023 Dayton Airshow a few weeks back. They had an F-15 duo called the Bayou Militia. They played Daredevil from the Ace Combat 7 soundtrack over the PA system during their flyover lol
@@listopad09 why did I read that in the missile guidance systems voice, btw I’m not actually upset at all I am just saying he be missile locking onto my favoured planes
I just want to point out that they took a squadron of F-15s piloted by aces and had them go against a rookie in an F-22 for simulated combat and the F-15s only knew the F-22 was even there after their planes had already been taken out. The rookie in the F-22 said it was like shooting fish in a barrel.
Petition to make Cipher a recurring character. And arguing often with the missile. Would be cool to inlude other voiceless characters too. Mobius One, for example. *MFW I'm gonna end up turning this into an Ace Combat sitcom* WTF am I doing...🫗🗿
Who the hell is playing the over u Spanish guitar? *missile sees a god dang f-15 so flipping loud that the f-22 pilot covers their ears and lose a little bit of control of the plane*
I don't know a whole lot about aircraft despite having AC4 and 5 as a kid, but one thing I do know is that the F-15 ACTIVE is easily my favorite aircraft. Tech demonstrator turned NASA experiment testbed, yoinked some bits off an F/A-18 Hornet to use as canards. Also its livery looks really cool.
Its funny how all the other jets can speak but we haven’t even heard what the f 22 sounds like as the missile makes it seems that it is the f 22 sepaking
I'm not sure which is better: the F-15 being able to fly with only one wing, or the pilot deciding to fly the thing back to base instead of ejecting. I bet the guy had to devote 2 weapons bays to holding his massive balls.
