Barramundi, native to Australia, some find home in St Cloud, Florida on the Osceola Outback Farm. As the only farm licensed to hold these exotic fish in North America, this is truly a once in a lifetime experience to be able to get upclose & personal with these beautiful prehistoric fish. As one of the only fish to give in to the 'figure-8' fishing technique, I tried my luck for the first time! Lets see if I managed to snag one!!
