Hello, Friends! Elaine here. Hoping you are having a fantastic summer.
I am still trekking through the recipes of the Rave Diet and Lifestyle Book by Mike Anderson. This video is my latest look at a burger.
Burgers seem to be a staple in the American diet. The normal burgers are unhealthy and can cause havoc in our bodies. It's great to know that if you are craving a burger, this lentil option may do the trick for you. Of course, it is not designed to mimic beef, but it does allow you to dress it as you would ordinarily and satisfy a potential craving.
The Rave Diet book focuses on foods that are prepared without OIL, SUGAR, or SALT! So, for those of you looking to omit those items in your diet, the recipes I am sharing should be a welcome theme. :)
