This recipe is super simple and easy. It is comprised of 4 ingredients and needs just a small amount of your time cutting up sweet potatoes and then awaiting them to cook in the oven.
As written, the recipe will take about 50 minutes in an oven heated to 450 degrees. It is recommended that you toss the vegetables occasionally during the remaining 30 minutes of cooking.
I also tried this recipe in the airfryer as well. That took approximately 5 minutes, but do check out the cooking temperature and time suggestion for your particular airfryer.
I do hope you find this recipe to be simple, easy, and quick. I hope it shows that instead of reaching for that bag of frozen french fries, which may have oil and other ingredients you don't necessarily want in your body, you can make home fries with just a little step of cleaning and cutting up potatoes.
