Awesome! Some bands stay as cover bands for 10.. 15.. 20 years. The Warning did it for about 3 to 4 years, then started exclusively playing originals, afterward. Their talent is simply amazing. Hard to believe that they just celebrated 10 years as a band, at the end of October. Everything they do has that energy and excitement that is so hard to find in the music industry.

And 6 years later on March 15 2022, they opened for the Foo Fighters in Mexico City in front of 55000 people. 🤯 Their covers are fun, but they have 1 EP & 3 LPs of original songs, with not a bad one in the bunch, so I would suggest to react to Evolve from the MTV VMAs and all of their performances from the Teatro Metropolitan show, as all 22 songs from this show are all 🔥.
And now Pau is in competition for best Rock drummer of 2023 by Drumeo awards and is competing against the new drummer of the Foo Fighters. The contest ended last night at 11:59 so it looks like you were not aware of it, I went there and voted for her. Results will be published on January 25 2024 I hope she wins she deserves it. They performed this song three times up on that hill. All sound comes from their first playthrough but then they played it two more times to get more video material to mix in. I loved this video the first time I saw it but your reaction showing that you enjoyed it as much as me only makes me fell better about this video. In my view, their first performance of Enter Sandman can't compare with this, but they were at least 1½ years older here.

Now you need to go back to there "Enter Sandman" cover that kinda started everything or do a 2 for early cover and the re-imagined cover that was on Mettalica's "Black List charity album, there's a few documentaries about there story or interviews, there one with Allison Hagendorf is really good but long (ru-vid.com?search_query=the+warning+band+interview) .
What do I think of this? I think we are watching three musicians who will be legends. These sisters are already inspiring children to pick up instruments for the first time. They are inspiring other bands, other bands are covering The Warning. You are seeing it on RU-vid. Legacy bands are treating them as equals. Established acts are saying things like “I want these girls on tour, so that I can be inspired every night”. One fan at a time, one show at a time…..these sisters are building their legends. That is what I think of this band. They are rock stars.
Boudy, as always, I greatly enjoyed your reaction. I agree 💯music is all about how it makes you FEEL. My life has been greatly enriched by The Warning, as their music makes me FEEL awesome. I also respect and embrace the message of each song they create. The BEST part is, they are just beginning their journey. I've been hooked on The Warning for about 4-5 years when I accidentally saw them on RU-vid. What caught my eye was "3 sisters from Mexico" and I was blown away. If you like drums you've come to the right place. Pau (POW!) is a phenom - she's been slaying the drums since the first time she picked up the sticks in Rock Band at six years old. She was immediately put into lessons, and there are videos of her from those early years killing it the whole way. She's also the band's primary songwriter, and an amazing singer. Check out Dust To Dust and 23 to see some of that. And always live with this band, they are amazing performers as well.

The audio is actually pulled from the video production. Maybe a couple of takes ro get the angles for tge video shoot. They were completely plugged in to perform this live.
Always fun to watch heads explode on RU-vid. You didn't say so but I'm guessing they played it better than your band. Don't feel bad, even at that age they were already crazy good as you'll see if you keep exploring the rabbit hole that is The Warning.

Oh by the way. Guess who were singing the slow part in the harmonies at the end of the song. The Warnig, as a band, also played The Foo Fighters *"Everlong"* cover in front of thier classmates at school (Liceo). They used this footage for Pau's audition to go to Berklee Music School in Boston. Ale used *"Hysteria"* by Muse cover & Dany used *"Crazy Train"* by Ozzy cover as their auditions. Yeah. They were accepted. Dany did an acoutic solo rendition of *"Walk"* cover by The Foo Fighters one night at home in *"The Cave".* Their home music room aka studio. By any chance. Do you like Metallica?? The Warning did two versions of *"Enter Sandman"* (2014 & 2021 [MV] / 2022 live). And *"Atlas Rise"* (2019) at The Whiskey A Go-Go in Los Angeles.
They played this live on site and recorded and mixed it in a house down the hill. The audio is a one take recording with three takes for the camera work. Their instruments were live. This is not a studio dub over the video.
I love this band, but you keep reacting to what "they were" without knowing what they really are. You are looking at an incredible kids band, but that by it self would be a fad, a viral sensation. They are a band band now sharing a stage with bands like Foo Fighters. You should do the "Evolve at VMAs" or something from 2022 Teatro Metropolitan to set the bar and know where this path is going.

The list of headliners who have asked The Warning to open for them continues to grow, and I think it is because TW does such a professional and accurate cover of the music.
This was recorded in one day, on the Mountain side near their home, in Monterrey MX. It was cleaned up & mixed in post no doubt, but they laid the foundational tracks right there, in the wind, and in the dirt. 4 takes I think, but one single run, not a typical Frankenstein mix of many. They are not your typical artist that needs 100 takes then choose the best one. They manage to do it with a few takes, sometimes only one take, like they did for the VMA's studio recordings. They are one of the tightest bands your going to see, anywhere in the industry, and seeing them on a stage, is where they really shine. They understand the golden rule of not doing things in the studio, that they can't do on a stage in front of a crowd. For me, they make an album reflect a live show, and not full of special effects, and studio techno magic.They are the Queens of the Stop Breaks, and Gods of the perfect re-entry. That is a signature move for them in many songs. Dialing each venues sound with Howard Hughes OCD, is extremely important to them. For all these reasons, I call them a "Studio Quality Live Band" Your guaranteed to hear what you paid to hear (and then some), at any show of theirs. 🤘⚡🤘 Buy a concert Ticket, then figure out how to get there later.

I do hear a 2nd guitars single notes descending in the chorus, but that's it. Dani can sing over some quite intricate single note lines. All three of them do it, all the time.

It was recorded as exactly as you see it outdoors on top of a mountain (in scorching heat apparently) in one take, and that is the audio you hear. They then ran two more takes to get the camera angles to look nice.

Yep, you're really going to be blown away with most of their live stuff. They write their own stuff, Pau is very big there. Their concert at pepsi ctr and teatro are top top notch. Engineered so good and they are my favorite band, ive watched most of their stuff. Stay away from some iPhone recordings, not good. Btw im 72 years old. I love these girls soooo much. Mexican sisters who not only mostly sing in English but write???! What???! Glad you found our soon to be most popular rock band
