Hey, cost of insurance is going to vary based on a few factors, primarily what the primary use of the property is. Such as, whether you're renting this out for long-term rentals or if you're living in it yourself. I'm going to assume that you are living in it yourself based on the way the comment is structured. I just had our insurance guy run a quote on one of the 1 bedrooms at Finisterra, and he quoted it at 1923 per year. Both Cedars and Fountainhead will be very close if not the same in pricing as Finisterra. @@Joemnc not really, not in our area of Florida at least. There are definitely communities that skew to 55+, but it's not labeled that way.

Pure unobstructed oceanfront? Any one the Condos on the south side of Holiday Isle, well any of them with more then 3 floors at least (my favorite views are from floors 3 to 6, personally). But that's just with a pure Gulf view. If we considered more things, I'd throw a few other condos in the mix that also have a view of the pass, and maybe crab island as well. Something like a western facing room at the Emerald Grand. Plus the location would be nice to walk downstairs and hit up the boardwalk. Or walk downstairs and rent a jet ski to go to crab island in 😉

@@essentialadvantages6790 Yes that is correct. Emerald grande will have some timeshares, but there are also plenty of units for sale. Most of the condos on the south side of Holiday Isle are used as second homes or as short-term rentals as an investment to private owners. So yes you could absolutely go either way :-)

Great question, I'm not sure about an alligator vest, and this is the first time I'm hearing a bit of coyote vest so maybe they have something similar? I had a chiweenie for about 14 years before she passed, and I never had to worry about it personally. There was a hawk that was hovering over my house that my neighbor was worried about, but the hook didn't look big enough to take my pup so I never really watched it. The chance of you seeing an alligator is extremely low. I've only seen one in person in three locations. The golf course which you will not have your dog yet, fudpuckers which is a restaurant that they have a little moat with alligators in it so you won't have your dog there. And Timberlake trails, which is like a hiking and biking recreation area, which is unlikely that you would have a small dog with you but you might, but I would imagine you would have them on a leash so you shouldn't have any issues there either. Outside of those areas, I've never seen one. So, being worried that an alligator is just going to pop into your yard and take out your pup, I've never heard of that happening. In fact I've never even heard of an alligator just being in somebody's yard, unless of course they lived on the swamp with no fence, and to be honest I've never been heard of that I just think it would be slightly more likely for that to happen. And by the way, I LOL'd In real life at your drinking and definitely earned it comment. Also, on this subject, depending on where you live, bears might be more of a danger to a dog, but you're not normally going to see them during the hours that you were awake, so I would doubt that your dog would be outside while you are fast asleep but I could be wrong :-). @@LifeOnTheEmeraldCoast Thanks!!! I feel stupid for asking the question, but I’ve never lived there and all I see on the internet is little dogs being attacked by alligators. (Then again, that may have something to do with my viewing habits and not representative of your state 😊) We have coyotes and occasionally black bears, but for the most part they leave everything alone. Unfortunately, my dogs have no sense of self preservation. 😂

@@mattiemathis9549 lol, Yeah my dog didn't have any sense of self preservation either, if a bear ever came in the backyard it wouldn't surprise me if she tried to fight him
