Nice setup they got there! The cotton candy unicorn was cool too. The girls looked great in their costumes. I need to watch the Halloweentown movie. good vlog brotha!
The cool cotton candy is a new thing too! They usually have regular cotton candy. I wanna go this weekend just so I can get my daughter one of those unicorn cotton candies 😂
Awesome video. It seems the town is still pretty much untouched from the 80s and 90s lol I love it there. I actually drove out about two weeks ago and watched the stuff get put out.
Hey thanks for watching! It was a nice little town and the decorations were awesome! We watched the movie a week before we went lol thanks so much for watching I appreciate it!
Yeah we thought it was gonna be a bit bigger with a couple more things but its ok. It's on eof those things that you experience once. Thank you so much for watching!
You’re lucky you came early cuz it gets crazy busy during the weekends in October. October 1st they light the pumpkin and there’s hundreds, if not thousands of people down there. It gets insanely busy but it isn’t nearly as awesome as people make it out to be…maybe it’s just cuz I live here 🤷🏼♀️
It’s crazy because we were thinking of going October 1st for the pumpkin lighting but just decided to go early! I guess it was the right decision! 😂 yes the area was smaller than we thought it would be but it was nice experiencing it once. It’s one of those things we’re not sure if we’ll do again. Thanks so much for watching!
Did you needs tickets for general admission in Halloween town or were you able to explore like you did without any tickets? That looks like a cute day with the family ❤
Hey thank you so much for watching! And no you didn’t need any admission tickets to just walk around and explore. There’s additional things like the haunted house and museum and other things where you do need tickets but to just walk around, it’s free :)
Hey thanks for watching! That’s a tough one. We went on opening weekend which was the weekend before October. they lit up the pumpkin this past weekend and had a parade so I’m guessing this whole month is a little more festive than opening week. I heard there were much more people on October 1st. When we went there wasn’t many people and we covered everything within an hour. Can you do both? Lol The goonies filming locations are awesome to visit because you get the filming locations plus you get the Oregon coast which is beautiful. Halloween town is awesome but after that’s there’s not much more to explore around the area that I’m aware of
Very quick and easy drive. St Helen's doesn't have much to offer unless you love scenery, but the drive to Astoria is very easy from there. Worth it too. Check the lighttower and the Megler bridge. Goonies locations are cool and have good eats all around.
