There is such a movie with Nicolas Cage in the lead role - “Lord of War”. The main character of this movie, Yuri Orlov, is a cynical international arms dealer who is ready to supply his goods to anyone who is willing to pay.
The creators of this movie stated that Orlov was almost a direct copy of a real person named Viktor Bout. Naturally, such a statement was immediately picked up by the media whose efforts to date show that Orlov and Bout, for the mass public, have become a single person.
