It doesn't surprise me that 3rd Birthday play's at 2x or 3x resolution. That game plays full speed using a Native Resolution on RK3326 devices.

I prefer actually the new sega Saturn console controller from the same company. Plays all Saturn and Dreamcast pretty well and with the 6 button gamepad it makes all fighting games of the era much better to enjoy
