This is a refreshing video, as I'm seeing this a lot around me with people my age and was beginning to feel uneasy falling into some of these traps myself. A needed wake up call me thinks!
My man, if there was a poster child (man) of being active and NOT boring, it is you!! You're my idol in terms of being engaged in life. I appreciate you! 😊👊🏻
I appreciate that you aren’t a big JP fan and yet read his book and found some helpful info; it’s a sign of maturity to be able to learn from people even if we don’t necessarily see eye to eye with them on many things. This was an encouraging video 👍 I have found that even small changes to my routine or what I normally read or listen to has enriched my life.
I have applied what you have mentioned here. When I had substantial money that was given to me, I helped some folks that were active in fundraiser activities. One lady was a former schoolmate and wanted to go on a trip out of the country to help others with helping provide clean water. Another time, I had been able to contribute to a school athletic team fundraiser to a member of the school cheerleading team. It felt extra well to do and hope to do that extra soon in the future.
Absolutely - routines and stability are definitely important. But I also think there is room to be active and still learning and growing inside your more stable life. 😊🙏🏻
