Welcome to Inbodied Performance with Cam MacDougall, where we get real and raw about what it takes to become a warrior in today’s world. In this episode, Cam challenges you with the 7 attributes of a weak man and how they’re holding you back from unleashing your full potential. These aren’t just traits you see in others-Cam reflects on his own journey and battles, giving you the tools you need to overcome these traits and rise as a powerful man. Stick around for the most important trait at the end-this is the one that plagues so many men today.
🔑 Key Points Covered:
02:54 - Attribute #1: A weak man doesn’t prioritize his physical strength and power.
04:08 - Attribute #2: A weak man doesn’t honor his word-internally or externally.
06:01 - Attribute #3: A weak man doesn’t trust other men and isolates himself.
08:16 - Attribute #4: A weak man is afraid to be wrong and refuses to be a student.
10:10 - Attribute #5: A weak man refuses to talk about or understand his emotions.
14:08 - Attribute #6: A weak man fears real confrontation and avoids standing up for what he truly believes in.
19:44 - Attribute #7: A weak man finds his purpose in money and loses sight of impact.
22:34 - Closing Thoughts: Cam wraps up with a powerful call to action-become the elite version of yourself and don’t let these traits hold you back.

Never mock or knock a man that admits and expresses his vulnerabilities, his pain, his weaknesses. It’s truly sad when friends or family turns their back on strong men having weak moments. I think you’re doing a great job man. This is coming from a man who had it all and lost it all when cancer stole my beautiful Wife. Has not been easy and it has been a constant muddy uphill battle.

@@Wookinpanub235 thanks for sharing the real shit brother, massive respect 🙏 I will never understand your loss and can’t imagine how tough that must have been. @@inbodiedperformance I got ya Bro. It has been six months and pretty much all my friends ghosted me except for one, the guy that helped me build my street machine Barracuda. We’re working on my diesel truck now. One good friend …that’s all we need in this world. I’m hoping to meet a new special lady because the loneliness really sucks and it’s something my Wife really wanted for me. She insisted I find another woman and it really broke her heart that she was leaving me all alone. I’m just grateful she had that attitude about it because I will never feel guilty about talking to other women now but man lemme tell you. Trying to find a good woman at age 53 is not an easy task but I’m in no hurry and I’m definitely staying away from dating sites and the Philippines . I never had a problem attracting women as I’ve always ignored their advances being happily married but now it’s a bit strange to actually flirt with a woman and enjoy it.

I appreciate the perspective my man and I'm going to send over a heartfelt challenge... I have clients in their 50's and 60's that are the fittest and most powerful they have ever been. The human body is way stronger and more resilient than we think. I don't know anything about you, but I promise there's more in the tank brother! Let's shift that belief and shatter the status quo!!!

When I saw your title, I said to myself “here we go again” Skeptical was my approach, as usual. I can never appreciate a persons viewpoint, if they have never walked the walk. And yes, a person must have some experience with something, to be able to understand it in a real way. After listening to your video, you have earned my support, with your views and your journey in life. I didn’t relate to everything the same way you see it… but damn near. I appreciate your thoughts and sharing them. You have a humble wisdom ti your approach… and that’s admirable. So, I’m in. And look forward to move of your videos. AND… just gotta address this. The douche bag in the first comment, is exactly what this world needs less of. Let’s just call him Mr. Perfect. Mr. Perfect decided to bash someone who’s simple trying to give good energy to this world. Mr. Perfect needed to praise himself, as any narcissist often does. Mr. Perfect is also blind to reality, and the fact that our mistakes don’t define us. How we respond and grow from our mistakes, is the true way to judge a man’s character. What a loser Mr.Perfect is. Because only a loser needs to shit on a person, to try and validate themselves. Keep up the greats works you got going here man!!! Grow this channel and keep your good energy flowing brother!!!

My guy, thanks for the heartfelt comment. I can tell you're a man that walks the walk. I love the saying "game recognize game", it always reminds me that the right people will find one another and that's all that matters. All I can do is be me and own that. Thanks for subscribing to the journey my friend and I will continue to do my best to produce real, authentic, raw content designed to empower men to live the lives they were destined to live. Respect my bro!

@@inbodiedperformance”not allowed to fail students” That along with the moment we stopped keeping score in games, set kids up for failure. Our society punishes masculinity, and the rise in mental health issues, is a result of that. Thank you for your kind words man. Much respect

@@scottallen5269I couldn’t agree more my friend. The loss of true competition, rites of passage and other forms of initiation are leaving men feeling lost and disconnected. It’s time we flip the switch and bring back what Warriors need ✊🔥
@scottallen5269
@scottallen5269 12 часов назад
@@inbodiedperformance “rites of passage” Yes!!! I was just talking to a friend about this recently. It was difficult for me to figure out that transition, wondering what I had to do, to go from the boy, to the man. I thought one way to do it was fighting. Then out drink and do more drugs then everyone. And I also got sober and became a mountain man. From what I can see so far, you also are versatile in your skill sets. And have worked hard to refine who are, through many life experiences. I’m 50 now, and I can’t imagine growing up in these times as a young boy or teenager, and seeing how men are so feminine and wondering what the hell to do. I look forward to you growing your community, and being a part of it. Not sure if you’ve already thought about doing “live” sessions? It’s a good way to grow and connect.

@@scottallen5269 Ain’t that the truth. I’m 38 and am also shocked at what’s happening… it’s definitely a different time isn’t it. In my opinion it has never been more important for likeminded men to come together. Pumped to have you! Inbodied to me is all about lived experience. It’s through trial and error that we learn and grow. Life has been my greatest teacher. I’m honoured you see that. I just got into RU-vid and am still learning the ropes. I’ll definitely start thinking about putting some live sessions together. That sounds rad! Thanks for the good convo and great ideas 🙌

Bro, you gotta relax. When you said you did blow, alcohol and have addictive personality disorder, I knew you were a false guru. I never had any of these issues because I’m intelligent. Every aspect of my life is efficient and effective. MBA, great tech business, beautiful loyal wife, children, just a clean package. I am a leader bro, we all can’t be leaders. All 7 of your attributes are flawed and idolizing other men is your fatal flaw. So Micheal Jordan can shoot a basketball, his family and legacy is forever broken.
