Wow a luxury accommodation for students. Looks like the quality of life in Philippines who are FOREIGN students to learn English is better than Canada. I host foreign students in my place in Vancouver and i know exactly the difference. STUDENTS LOOKS HAPPIER IN THE PHILIPPINES. WOW I'M IMPRESSED.

I'm very impressed how foreigners appreciate and love the PH. Not only studying but also they enjoy the scenery, vibes, environment of Cebu as a whole.

I came from my mother... I'm sure he adopted the Filipino way of answering questions (so funny)... More content lke this Dorcas..

Meron na naman vietnamese. It's ok to be happy to see other nations study here, but it should also serve as a wake up call. Siguro naman naalala ninyo na tayo lang dati ang nagtuturo sa kanila sa farming, pero now tayo na nag-iimport. Reminder lang sa lahat na mag-aral because we'll never know, baka sa susunod eh sa kanila na mapunta mga BPO jobs or what have you. We need to stay competitive.

I have thought before that Philippines will be the center of English and Chinese Language. Thank you Cebu for leading the way. Tagaytay has a lot of Koreans; Palawan has many Europeans; Iloilo has a lot of Chinese and eventually Zamboanga will have more of South Americans or Latinos.

Not only foreigners are fined 5 pesos for not speaking english. We filipino students experienced the same thing so we will be practiced to speak english from elementary days until we finish college. That's how we were forced to speak english ☺😄😆

I think, among the three East Asian countries - China, Japan, and Korea - Koreans speak the best English, already. ... "Love" is too strong a word, why not start out with "like?" (And then they themselves can emphasize that they even love it more than just like it - CIA and/or the Philippines.)

Exposure and socialization with other peer can easily help learn how to speak English fluently. Keep observing the uses of vowel sound, consonants and mixed of vowels-consonants in an alphabet. Constant practice of daily tongue twisting. Processing English into action becomes a habit when we keep on talking with peers. And special factor, if you keep socializing with other nationality. It is one of eye opening that your world can go round. Explore! Start with open topic or discussion in making conversation to easily relate what we are talking about. Take out of your she'll or comfort zone. Experience and know how to deal help us to grow.
