The Concord Mall in Wilmington, DE is one we like to keep tabs on from time to time, especially since they were purchased by the dreaded Namdar Realty Group. Everyone knows the fate that is dealt if your mall falls into the hands of the likes of Namdar or Kohan. Concord Mall is no outlier. While inline tenancy is doing pretty good, all the fountains have been turned off and maintenance/housekeeping are almost non-existent. Pretty soon the tenants that are left will probably think about vacating when maintenance makes people not visit the mall. Other than that, the mall is absolutely beautiful and especially during the daytime.
