Excellent explanation. So called motivators are REALLY damaging the innocent public. but people understand this at very later and then realize that how lame the motivators gyan was. To motivate someone is not that easy that we should understand first; giving good examples, shouting, all time smiling, jumping while delivering speech are NOT the measures for motivation. Real motivator is one who constantly provides feedback. i.e. only the self can have the GREAT possibility to become motivator instead of external motivator.

Not waking up early is shamed in India. Everybody wants to talk about waking up early, but nobody wants to talk about going to bed early. Ppl don't talk about going to sleep at 7pm,8pm. All sleep is good sleep. Women need 9-11 hrs. Of sleep. Recent studies have proved this. Let's wake up when our bodies naturally want to wake up. Within reason ofcourse. No judgement.
