Laughing about a unibrow is one of those small, casually cruel things ppl do that can really hurt how someone feels about themself. Seeing Solar never give into the peer pressure of even the ppl closest to her, and never joining them in mocking unibrows, and instead repeating, “Isn’t it pretty?” is beautiful.

I was bullied really badly as a kid for having a unibrow, which made me really insecure. There are many people with a monobrow, but they are usually targets of bullying and mockery . Hell, monobrows are even used as “ugly” features in a ton of ugly-to-beauty kind of videos, so the fact that she’s serious about wearing it and felt beautiful, and even had to convince everyone else about it... I really think that’s powerful. She looked super pretty and it really fits the MV :)

Actually there's many people with monobrow/unibrow/single eyebrow. But mb it's just not common in Korea. I have two friends that have a monobrow. Some people with monobrow get mock or bullied because of it. Glad Solar brave enough to try this style for Aya mv and let people know about it. So proud of her.

i' m not used to comment videos , but i have to admit , this one touched me. I always loved mamamoo because they were bringing something new to kpop beauty standard . And one more time solar did not prove me wrong. i was already impressed by her bald concept. She did it even when everyone was laughing and discouraging her (maybe not badly) . once again i was sad and touched when the staff team and even byul told her to erase it while laughing , but even if she doubted , she still did it with a serious mindset. And i'm impressed. i'm very greatful to the mv director , who really knows his job , and immediatly thought of Frida Kahlo and took the concept seriously. I'm very proud to stan Mamamoo and to be a yongwang . And it was maybe not the video feeling but it brought tears to my eyes for several reasons.
