If we are going to forgive Singhate and Sabally, then it's only fair if we forgive President Yayah Jammeh and allow him return. It should all be seen as mob forgiveness.

@Silva Youth i have no problem them reconciling but what i mean is that there should first be confession before reconciling with the victims. these two are the main reason why this peaceful country is mourning and crying for peace and divisions. the people that they harm should be there first target before thinking about themselves reconciling. how can you break the heart of thousand people AFTER knowing well that you were the caused of the person's death. even with what reconciliation, edward should be prosecuted for murdering a INNOCENT decent person
This make me PROUD as a Gambian. Lets forgive them and move on. However our forgiveness must base on the fact that: 1. Victims will be taken care of and 2. The mistakes that brought us here are not repeated. The cases of Rwanda, Sierre Leone and Liberia were worst than ours. These countries are now moving. How can the victims and their families forgive after not knowing what really happened to their love ones. These Criminals should tell the honest truth and nothing but the truth to what really happened to their Victims,instead of the lies and deceptions. Families needs to know what really happened no matter how bad the killings were. The TRRC should be ended right now,since these Criminals are not willing to tell the whole truth. Gambians have been Victimise since Jawara Regime and they are still living without Justice and some die and Jawara himself never ask for Forgiveness and He Die without asking Forgiveness to People but I know only Families and the People who are Victimise are the only people to forgive and forget about it but May Allah help some People but I know a real Gambian who knows the Gambian History will never think bad or say bad words to someone because of our Culture and Living as Gambians

Mr Edward, I don't you when you said that Yaya Jammeh was scared or petrified by Sanna Sabaly. Although I believe Sana was straightforward and easy to act on his whims. In the other hand, the expression in Yaya Jammeh's face, does indicate any feelings of fear. His face, eyes and words can prove it. I would like to understand that they were all hassling to be in total or absolute control of the Government at that time. So in scenarios like this, one most be suspicious, think fast and implement another internal takeover. This was the reality.
