His talent is that good IMO but his legacy would not be this good. I think it’s about curating superstars for the NFL to market. How crazy is it as Brady aged out this guy was the next dynasty immediately? Meanwhile teams as good as the 9ers, Cowboys (lol i know), Saints, Bengals (in previous years), Ravens, Eagles, etc don’t get this kind of favoritism year in and out. They might not outright rig the games, but they manipulate it along certain criteria, agendas, and the curating of legacies. Nothing screams fixed to me more than a “down year” for the Chiefs where they were nothing special, Taylor Swift becomes a factor and they just go on another run when the Ravens were the best AFC team all year dismantling several 10 win teams, then just “forget” how to play in the AFC Championship. They did anything but call DPI yesterday on Chiefs
You are bang on. League wants someone to challenge Brady’s 7 SB wins. 3 Super Bowl wins for KC. Zero holding calls? Watch last year’s AFC championship game. Clear league wanted KC to win and didn’t want bengals in back to back superbolws. Football like other sports is a business, technically…the entertainment business.
@@calabreese I don’t get how more people that watches football keep ignoring these points people are making. These are all valid points and the film don’t lie so the evidence it’s out there.
this is what happens when you have a commissioner who worked for the Chiefs when he started with the NFL. From Roger's Wikipedia page: In 1987, Goodell was appointed assistant to the president of the American Football Conference, Lamar Hunt, and under the tutelage of Commissioner Paul Tagliabue filled a variety of football and business operations roles, culminating with his appointment as the NFL's executive vice president and chief operating officer in December 2001. As the NFL's COO, Goodell took responsibility for the league's football operations and officiating, as well as supervised league business functions. He headed NFL Ventures, which oversees the league's business units, including media properties, marketing and sales, stadium development, and strategic planning.
Yup. I was watching the past few wins by the chiefs in the playoffs and they had a bunch of calls go in their favor and calls that weren’t called for the opposing team or calls that took away their momentum.
def. Chiefs got to the super bowl by the refs too much on the line for the NFL because of taylor swift and her fans of making money for them. 2 games now the same ref has helped Chiefs beat 2 historic defenses.
As a 49ers fan this is the only thing that worries me about the game coming up because I know we have better team then the chiefs but the refs and the media because of Taylor are on the chiefs side
@@NatecornineExactly!! That's why it's so insane that the Chiefs won three superbowls, where the refs CHOSE not to call a single holding call. Because there are numerous clips of holds that aren't interpretive at all when it comes to the Chiefs.
bahaha! I hate when people say the patriots are helped right! are you kinding me?! oh okay so the one play that was like 20 years ago with charles woodson.. the tuck rule.. which is a real rule by the way. Sure so thats why Rodger Goodell was so freaking eager to suspened TB12 for multiple games for a 0.5 air pressure difference in a football .. pretty dam sure they wouldnt ever dare to do this to there golden boy money maker PM and or TK and his super star girlfriend... 🤴👸💰💰💵💵💸
Eagles got screwed in the Superbowl. But the Chiefs where getting calls and non calls all season last year their DB's hold all the time and don't get called for it.
As a Lions fan, I’m shocked the Zebras didn’t help out the Chiefs during their week 1 game….THAT MUCH! They were definitely helping a bit, but that was before Taylor Swift
Oh yeah. I forgot about the continuous offsides and Hutch being held all game. If Taylor Swift was around then, the Zebras would have made sure the Chiefs won for sure. 😂
As a non delusional Seahawks I can attest the Hawks won in overtime due to that non call Holding on Hutchinson. It was pretty obvious to see. Also for some reason throughout the years the Lions get the worst of the bad calls from the refs.
anyone with a functioning brain knows the chiefs are being helped by the refs if not just look at all their playoff games and compare their penalties to their opponents ... I seen the fix was in against the ravens I knew they were gonna influence the game when they put that ref that favors all away teams
I've been seeing a correlation between calls and a team's "existing" legacy. As a Lions fan, I've been on the other side of those calls... But I've watched the Packers, the Chiefs, the Patriots etc get calls because they are "expected" to win... I used to think the league was fixed but then I changed to believe it has to do with wins and public perception of the team... The Michael Jordan effect is legit... #lionsRoarin24 #SuperBowl2024 #OnePride
We all get it refs are not perfect but when they’re calling or not calling a penalty when it matters most in a close game it makes you question. They did this a lot with the Patriots and now it’s the Chiefs and this year it would be great for the NFL to have the chiefs win it all with the whole Taylor Swift bringing millions of new viewers. In the end it’s all about money.
I was rewatching the Ravens Chiefs AFCC game and in a touchdown play to Kelsey their were two obvious blatant penalties on the Chief's left and right tackles that would have overturned the TD, if they were correctly called !
All ill say is that a team that was probably one of the worst teams in the year playoffs, not only beat several good defensive, but the best defense in the league.
I have been shocked at the calls and NO CALLS especially!!! IF you allow a teams front line to just hold all pass rushers it gives the QB so much more time. Mahomes can usually just do what he wants or run!!!... Bengals AFC Championship game is a perfect example... BOTH years! The Bengals laid back during the first game on certain pass rushes and it just looked so unnatural how much time he had before guys finally started rushing him!!! Its strange! Bengals receivers got held on almost every pass play. How can you catch a ball if someone is holding your other arm? No flags!!!! Something is up ma NFL IS RIGGED!!!!!
So he thinks Sneeds call was a flag because he put hands on the receiver but thinks the flags in the super bowl and against the Jets were terrible calls because "they were letting them play and being physical all game." Sneed made the same if not less interference than the calls in the super bowl or Jets game. Also Sauce had his arm fully wrapped around MVS's back and Bradberry literally admitted he held.
The chiefs have won all their superbowls with the help of the refs. 2 vs the 49ers. Look at the film. No holding calls and pass interference calls on the other teams. 49ers should have had 7 super bowls now. Just saying.
It's called the Taylor Swift effect...that relationship is bringing younger viewers and millions in revenue...no way they are going to let chiefs lose and stop that money train...
Hey Steez. Love your channel. I was born and raised in KC and a lifelong fan of the Chiefs. I’ve now lived in Detroit and suburbs for 20 years and the Lions are my second team. I cannot deny there are questionable positive calls for the Chiefs, but there are an equal amount of negative questionable calls against the Chiefs in key situations this season. If you took the time to review all their games this season with this mindset, you would come to the conclusion that the officiating is just bad all around.
I hate the chiefs and I have names for them 1: fatrick mahomes 2: travis kissy 3: gayler swift 4: the holding Dbs 5: butter finger wrs 6: cheeseburger d-line 7: egirl runner 8: the gay o-line holding hands
Man the nfl refs has always protected the “it” teams I remember them absolutely bending over backwards for Tom Brady and the patriots any chance they could
I'm surprised you didn't show the "do over" 3rd down play against the Bengal's,,, the chiefs suck it's the refs who put up the wins for them. seriously look at the chiefs games, the refs win more for them then most people think, they benefit more than any other team especially from non calls on holding and pass interference,
it didn’t affect the game buddy.if anything it made less time for the chiefs to make a field goal at the end.but the bengals did get the ball twice to take the lead but didn’t score 😂.
@@anthonygtm18yea a bad intentional grounding called by the new York officiating crew missing the roughing the passer, block in the back and the big miss on the holding call and hands to the face had nothing to do with it 😂
I have rarely seen a video in which the narrator knew less about football than this one. It would take me hours and hours to explain every thing wrong thing this guy said. One is that an "uncatchable" ball is not a factor at all in a defensive holding situation, only in a pass interference call. Another is that you obviously didn't see the angle where you can see Bradberry grabbing a fistful of Smith-Schuster's jersey, keeping him from getting separation on the play (which Bradberry admitted after the game). Another is quoting Tyreek Hill as though he is the chief of NFL officials. I could go on and on.
IF only you looked at real stats. KC is the most penalized team in the NFL. Nuff said. It is simply bias. Chiefs are high profile so when they the refs blow it, it gets blown up. Let me quote the narrator of this video...."I could be dead wrong, I don't have any proof, but I think a lot would agree that it kinda feels this way..." In addition, you need to understand the rules about above and below the pads when it comes to holding. Facts man.
where did you get your information from? they are far from the most penalized team and it'd the non -calls that aren't a statistic that is kept tract of that benefits the chiefs the most, they are a terrible team. the refs win more of their games for them then they do by playing good football, and those are facts.
What’s your take now?? They beat Miami bc of the refs. Tyreeks “fumble” was NOT even close to being a fumble. That decided the game. Chiefs should not even be in the playoffs, only winning their division by 3 games.
First off, my friend, you need to delete that immoral cartoon of Mahomes kissing a ref. That’s wrong, bro. No need for that in any way. @ 3:34 this was clearly PI on the Jets, bro. You cannot hook your hand about the receiver and deter him from moving like that. It is a clear breach of the rules. I won’t disagree with you that the refs seem to be bribed by someone who is making money off of KC, the missed holding call you pointed out was very bad and the many missed holding calls in Super Bowl 58 show us that someone is being bribed. I am asking God to judge and discipline all those who are involved and I am asking God to vindicate the 49ers and any other team that they cheated against. We shall see what he does. The Chiefs are an awesome team, still. They need to stop cheating. It is ruining their reputation.
The problem is when it's not called and both teams are doing it the entire game and then it's called towards the end of the game. It's entertainment at the end of the day. The Chiefs are the cash cow. To beat the chiefs you have to beat them by 20 to win by 3 because Kc will get calls. We seen it with Jordan and the Bulls. We literally see it in his most replayed highlight where he clearly pushes off for a game winner but it's never pointed out.
BUT HE WAS OFFSIDES. that is the FACT, the penalty is rarely called but it is a penalty none the less, it's not like he was on side and called offsides in error, it was a correct call, the chiefs suck without referee help.
