This was a really great story. No big space battles needed, just a too smart for his own good kid with too much time on his hands. A fun little romp of a tale. Loved it.
Looking forward to this one! I am in (almost) EVERY SCENE! ->though I am holding the mic or hiding just out of sight mostly at the actors feet with the slate . Bwhahahahahaha
Just watched it! I liked this one a lot. "Robbie" is a great actress! You need to find more parts for her, she's Completely Believable. And I bet whe can do a good Romulan. . . . . Just sayin'.
That guy was truly ticked off cussing up a storm getting stranded on the moon along with his bridge crew but than again he Started it so that's in them, another great job on this episode.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍
Great story, as typical. Difficult to wait for more, but would love to see where this too smart for himself dude and his dudette pal go within the Federation or Starfleet.
A Comms officer using sign language was a very interesting addition to the Bridge Crew. I remember Worf commenting on how sign language could be used as a stealthy advantage in battle.
Well done, super story to do your magic with every 1, going to miss Victoria but I feel more magic in the works if it's another series, I so hope though I'll understand if she is just moving on other wise, thank you all for your magic
What a wonderful, fun, thoughtful, engaging, entertaining, fantastic episode!! I was in the edge of my seat watching the whole thing, hoping Steve & his crew would do the right thing. He did so, in spades!! I am grateful that Captain Brosseau & his crew are helping “The Replacements” find a place within Starfleet itself. I can understand where Steve and his friends are coming from, & wanting a better life for themselves…& that Dominion is giving them a much needed opportunity & chance to prove just how beneficial & important they can be to others. Steve is a hero in my book, just wanting to help his friends & his planet realize that they aren’t alone anymore, & that Starfleet & the United Federation Of Planets can be a stepping stone to the stars. Seeing Steve and his crew looking up into the night sky, & seeing all these beautiful stars, & wanting to explore ‘strange, new worlds’…& to meet others who can become their friends. Superb writing, excellent cast & crew. Victoria Avalon is so very talented, sweet, beautiful, brilliant, & full of grace. Her character portrayal is full of warmth & humor. Everyone on this fantastic crew should be proud of bringing another wonderful episode to us all. I hope this isn’t the last time we see, & ride along with, “The Replacements”. I hope Starfleet put them onto the Dominion, where they are junior officers who help out aboard ship. More exciting episodes with the Replacements, please
Hicktrack🤣 Casting, casting, casting... With the sling shot maneuver you don't slow down and go into orbit... or break radio silence, stealth remember?
Really fun and an imaginative story, Dude! :). Thank you all for putting this together. I really enjoyed it. How in the world did it work out with CBS/Paramount? Glad they let these videos continue to be made!
Without trying to be smarmy, I have a basic suggestion: anytime your characters say, "as you know," realize that you're breaking the show don't tell rule and find a way to rewrite it. Even saying "... deliver it to the planet Romulus right at the heart of the Romulan empire" or "... right to the heart of the Romulan empire, to Romulus itself" is better than saying "Which, as you know..." but showing a star chart of the romulan empire with Romulus at the center is far superior.
I totally dig the science officer. She’s so confident! Also, wasn’t the doctor speaking with a German accent in earlier episodes of ST fan productions she appeared in? Just askin.’ 😅🤷🏻♂️🤫
I love this wat year is this set in ? I love sin you use ♥️ my 2 favret is the dr she captn of the demos and i love the captan of this ship i love this fan show
We never have tied the year down officially, but it started around season 3 of TOS (or a little later). I suppose by now (the 17th episode) we're around the end of the TOS 5 year mission.
@dreadnoughtdominion8988 That's cool I said that because I've never heard the word DUDE on star trek ever correct me if I'm wrong it's good to talk to another star trek fan !
@@johnpapa1916 Dint think I’ve ever heard it on Star Trek either. Believe me, I would never write a script where Starfleet officers were walking around calling each other dude, or greeting each other with “What up?” LOL But the original seed of an idea for this episode was, What would happen if a group of ordinary people got their hands on a Starfleet ship? What might happen if a group of young space geeks took a Starfleet ship for a joy ride? So I started figuring out a way where that could happen. Steve isn’t a Starfleet officer, so he doesn’t act, or talk like one. Poor Captain Brousseau is very annoyed at being called “Dude” by the way. So, yeah, the word “Dude” is a new thing for Star Trek, but there was method to my madness. LOL
