I bought it on this black friday and that preset is amazing! yo uare one of my favourite guitarist of all time, the music you do is so inspiring and your tone, man, thats incredible, cant wait to have your songs on spotify so i can listen them all day long, cheers man
Just bought your plug-ins! Apparently I've been living under a rock for several years because I had only discovered you just a few months ago. But honestly I have not been this inspired to play guitar since the '80s (Randy Rhoads, EVH era)! Thank you so much for being an inspiration! I am supporting you in every way that I can. 🙏🏼
Obrigado por me manter ligado à música, Mateus. Por sua causa eu me esforcei pra melhorar no violão há uns anos e agora tô começando a tentar outros instrumentos também... O plugin tá soando daora demais, bicho. Louco como realmente soa como *Mateus Asato* ... Sucesso pra ti.
nicely done, sir. the brown amp sounds great and a most excellent riff using the geisha amp at 17:30. After re-watching this I realized the words 'great' and 'excellent' are too weak to describe his performance.
I'm a huge fan of Matheus; I bought the plugins-what a beautiful sound, incredible! It really boosted my enthusiasm to pick up my guitars again and get back to studying.
Mateus you are such a humble person and yet a guitar genius, much like Guthrie Govan on both aspects. I own your Suhr Strat signature already and will get this plugin asap. Cheers!
Those 80’s style lead tones sound like Paul Gilbert and nuno bettencourt had a child from brazil who played gospel music. 😳 I might just pick this up now!
I don’t know if anyone can help but all these are awesome I just wonder what are the settings in terms of latency etc.? That would solve everything for me 😊
mateus buddy loving this plug in. bought it on the black friday sale and im verry happy. Now if you could also provide your weed dealer info that woullld be great. Ive never seen you look this high and im jealous
Mateus, you should try out the newer Mesa amps that replaced the Lonestar at some point. The Mesa Fillmore and the Cali Tweed. I think you'd like them both. There are videos online of Andy Timmons using the Fillmore.
I have no idea of the amount of time that went into setting up so much gear. On stage do you have an A B button so switch amp? or a 3 way pedal? And I saw a computer that help. This is Amazing to me
Sounds great, but I'm waiting out on what NDSP has in store for those of us who bought a Quad Cortex without worrying about the plugins. I'd try out your stuff.
They definitely wont give plugins to quad cortex owners for free. they advertise plugin support, so i'd assume you would need to have the plugins already
After downloading NeuralDSP several 14-day trial demo versions and testing all the sounds, I just purchased this one today. Thanks you development this plugins.
I'm struggling to get a good tone when adding any amount of OD/distortion. It sounds thin and muffled at the same time if thats even possible. Any tips for what may be causing this or how to tweak EQ?
2:00 this is a little bit weird to me but also kinda expected. Neural DSP approaches artists and suggests them sims they can sell with their name on it. It's kind of a marketing thing compared to lets say STL Tones capturing the artists own rigs.
Very true. It seems the artists get to add gimmicks and surface skin to the package. That said I still enjoy a few of them, and this one is by far my favorite for clean tones
I gotta say I was surprised to hear him say that and disappointed we will never get to know all he wanted to include. It may sway people in the future to know that to some degree ndsp just throws a new coat of paint on plugins with each additional new artist. It also explains why you see some of the same things from plugin to plugin.
@@crazygirlfun1 it's exactly how I imagined neural dsp to do their business with all these recent releases. Why can't we have one plugin suite with all the unique pedals and Amp sims?
Dont need another plugin but i gotta say the Matchless dc 30,Mesa boogie lonestar and bogner shiva emulations might just be the best line up in the neural dsp world.....for someone who doesnt have a couple of those plugins from neural dsp i would take this one over anything else....
My approach to gain structure is a bit different When I'm playing with a guitar I tweak gain on audio interface before it clipping playing hard on the powerful pickup When you keep it low the signal that digital amp receives means that you aren't giving 100% from your guitar pickups I think it's worth taking a test
I always wondered about this. The traditional wisdom is to do what you're doing - having your max signal just below clipping. But then, if you do that for every pickup, you're not capturing the natural differences in output. A single coil isn't gonna slam the front of an amp in the same way that a high-output humbucker would. Conundrum.
It depends as long as your audio signal is healthy without clipping (most important). Noted that certain plugins provide you with a digital preamp which might bypass the interface and give you extra gains. Just tweak between your gain in interface and digital. Some people find it complicated at least to me because back in the day recording a guitar was a more simple and direct approach but hard to do (as with everything in life). Today, it's easy to get things done with an interface and computer but very complicated approach to record a guitar through the interface unless you have thousands of dollars interface like Apollo Twin which now I understand why that thing is expensive and actually very useful. It's a long topic to discuss but that's it
This is actually wrong. What you are doing is pushing the digital amp Sim way too hard (unless of course you are reducing input gain in the amp Sim itself by a lot). Official advice from Neural DSP is set your input gain on the interface to 0. This achieves most accurate amp response for most interfaces. Watch the latest videos from Jonathan Cordy, Rhett Shull and the stuff from Ed S that they reference in their videos.
@@funkmasterdelicious This is what I do, but that's partially because if I have it any higher the input will clip anyway (at least for my high-output humbucker guitars). That said, I don't typically adjust it for any of my other instruments with lower output, like strats or some basses. If I need boost I'll do it in software - not ideal, but easier to maintain consistency between sessions.
@@Schizmatizmify keeping it consistent for all your guitars is ideal because this then represents the way the different output of our pickups in different guitars responds, just like with real amps. You don't want your Strat to hit the amp as hot as a humbucker. But sometimes adding a boost in the software adds that extra kick you're after which would be similar to a transparent boost pedal before an amp anyway.
Kkk
