Chris Robershaw talks to Paul Moulton in a three part interview about the independent review by Richard Wright KC into the Isle of Man Government’s management of the Equality and Employment Tribunal case of Ranson v Department of Health and Social Care.
Dr Rosalind Ranson worked as Medical Director in the Isle of Man in 2020 and 2021. In 2023 she was awarded just under £3.2 million by the Island’s Equality and Employment Tribunal, which had found that she had been constructively dismissed for whistleblowing.
