I'm obsessed with your recipes chef, your Instagram content has been 90% of what I've been cooking for the last few months and I can't thank you enough for all of the healthy, delectable and soul-nourishing food!! I also really enjoy hearing about the Arabic culture and traditions surrounding the dishes, and I loved that this video had some more time to talk about that side of things (e.g. pointing out controversial/optional ingredients and alternatives, ceremonial usage of this dish, how to eat the dish authentically, etc.). My palestinian family always have done this dish, even in exile, and changing a bit the ingredients to make it possible in their new country. ❤ Thank u so much

I was overjoyed to see you post my favourite Arabic dish. My Jordanian family has lived in Canada for a long long time, but this is the only dish when made is treated with such respect that my mother make sure every family member is invited. Your presentation is beautiful. Continued success, JJ!

I'm autistic and can't eat some of the things you cook (sensory issues), but I see lots and lots that is making me drool! This life is very temporary we should not waste it. We should use our efforts and time in preparation for our eternal abode. Jannah awaits the obedient servants of Allah Azzawajal, as Allah promised, and His words are true, it has the most beautiful wonders that no eye has seen, no ear has heard and no heart has witnessed. That is true richness, everlasting success. Jannah is a place where no sickness will be felt, no depression, no sadness, no worries and stress or all of these worldy problems and issues.
