No matter how many times I've heard/watched the Ricky Gervais show, I still crack up when Karl says things like: "me as a worm?" This is the greatest thing to watch after a few bongs, I'm glad you guys like it so much.

@@clebfelm4170 Yeah I feel ya. Depends on the channel too because a lot of people do it just to make sure their channel doesn't get demonitized. If you're doing it as a side hustle for money, it makes sense. Frank and Rondo just do it for fun.
In the early days of their podcast Rick and Steve asked Karl to come up with 5 predictions for the future...one of them was glasses you put on to walk around in 'another world' and essentially choose what that world looked like ...Ricky said it was bollucks and could never happen 😏
As a Swede I agree with Karl. Slippers should be used (if ever) inside the house, not outside. Shoes are put by the door. Period. I lived on a ranch in Nebraska for a year as an exchange student where the cowboys walked from the barn straight into the bedroom with their boots. Blood, manure, hay, death etc was all over the carpet (God forbid they had wooden floors).
That's very American. My whole family walk around the house in their shoes and it makes the floors so dirty. I always take my shoes off at the door. I don't make guests take their shoes off though. I'll wear shoes inside only when I have people over.

What Karl is describing is a famous plant experiement about how plants experience and react to energetic stimuli, but apparently he's under the impression that it was an actual incident being described. I mean there was a "killer" and a "victim" in the experiment, but there wasn't and actual killer and victim. Poor Karl, you can just tell he's only partially listening to anything being said to him. 🤣
I’ve always thought they missed a trick. They should have compiled a book of stories the way Karl tells them followed by the actual thing that happened. Like on one page we read Karl’s understanding and retelling of an incident and on the following page the actual explanation.

Clive warren is my favourite actor.... Plus been re listening to the radio show the karl and steve arguments are hilarious... It shows karl in a very quick witted brutal way and i loved it and as always ricki laughing and shit stirring is classic
One of my uni botany teachers was an expert on pollen types (different shapes and sizes etc..) He helped catch a terrorist by matching pollen types on the bomb and the suspects. Apparently the flower was only found in that specific spot.

The thing that makes karl pilkington so funny is that it's all effortlessly. To him everything is normal but to everyone else it's madness 😂 I'm exactly the same as Karl. We're wired up differently. I wouldn't mind betting that he's left-handed.
