Jimmy was banned from the nursing home, but in the last episode, the judge found that Jimmy’s clients had the right to meet him and that the nursing home had no valid reason to prevent Jimmy from meeting his clients there. So, the judge overturned Jimmy's ban. If the nursing home still prevented Jimmy from seeing his clients, then the nursing home would have violated the court order. If the nursing home violated the court order, they could get fined and although it would be unlikely, it is possible that the individuals violating the court order could even face jail time

They originally had only ordered 14 episodes and then shortened it to ten. They weren't sure how the show would land. I believe they ended it this way just in case they didn't get a second season.

Everyone needs a Kim in their life

Another excellent reaction, Andrea. Cast your mind back to 'Breaking Bad'. There was scene in one of the later episodes where 'Saul' was reminiscing about the time he persuaded a woman he was Kevin Costner. Now you've seen the incident itself. I'd have said something about that at the time, but it would have been a spoiler back then! Also, it might be a good idea to keep in mind the excellent writing that goes into this show, one aspect of which is that the writers will make you change your mind about these characters many times over as the episodes unfold and as they reveal more sides to each of them. The way you perceive Howard, for example, will change accordingly, I am sure. I also think you'll come to see that Chuck is perhaps the only person in the entire show who really understands Jimmy. So, I'd not rush to any hasty conclusions about him, either, if I were you.

The cool thing is that the final three seasons are far superior to the rest.
