When I watched a video about Green Day Green visiting the 7-Eleven across the street from their high school in Pinole I thought for sure I'd see Adam the Woo in the crowd. Search for the video - Green Day returns to where punk rockers went to school, 7-Eleven behind the music - to see what I'm talking about. Also, Fridays are always the busiest day on I-5 between the LA Area and the SF Bay Area with Sundays being the second busiest day.
That was *excellent* . I'd much prefer a rushed tour but seeing everything, rather than 30 minute queues for everything. "This is the part where you run" 😱
I'm not sure what's up with the latest backwards baseball cap bit, but I keep thinking of the song midlife crisis by Faith No More. I know that's harsh but it seems like ever since Adam turned 50, he's got the backwards hat going.
Here for all the Chucky love! I was bummed when they cancelled Chucky's Insult Emporium back in 08? right in the middle of haunt season because someone complained about the adult nature of some of the jokes. Good to see him back and better than ever
My girlfriend and I have done the RIP tour the last 3 years for HHN Hollywood, we love it. It’s definitely worth the extra money(if you’re able to afford it).
Going on the 20th and taking my sister otherwise I'd have gone a lone lol I don't care about anyone else that much to spend that much $ on them for a night. I'm very excited about it, we go to the event ever year but have never done RIP. Do they do bathroom breaks? and What if I get lost from the guide?!

Ah, this looks so cool! I've been lucky to do the VIP tour, but never visited Universal around the time of HHN (am based in the UK). Somehow, it keeps getting better and better every year! Great to see Peter, he's looking well 😊
This looked like so much fun! The extra RIP experiences were cool and the buffet looked really good too, I liked the dessert with the little axe 😄 The Quiet place one is designed so well! From the videos I like the Hollywood Haunt themes more than the Orlando ones. Really loved the Late Night with Chucky & Texas Chainsaw. The Quiet Place haunt looked better in Hollywood also. Cool video, thanks for showing us the RIP tour. Loved Peter tagging along. 😊
I am coming down to LA this weekend to visit Universal. Sunday night so one week from today I am doing the RIP tour then the next day I am doing a VIP tour. I cant wait. My RIP tour time is 8:15 almost the same as yours so the info I got from this video was helpful. I was not expecting to eat first so that's good to know. I skipped around the video a bit to not spoil to much of it for myself but at the same time I don't want to miss anything!

That is cool that the bride is in the same place they filmed it. So Awesome ! when i did background for the show criminal minds back in 2007 the wadrobe department leads who were married took a shine to me and josh because we were twins. They took us around the different universal monsters filming locations on breaks between shots.
I was there that night and saw you in the merch store at the beginning of the evening, I was too nervous to say hi and i didnt wanna interupt your filming or anything but it was still cool to see you in action 🤙. Also thst same night my fiance and I saw actor Harvey Guillèn in the park with his group lol

Peter looks great. He still does the work . Exercise and eating right goes hand in hand.It is still ill a lot of hard work that makes medications work.
I disagree with his idea of doing normal HHN then RIP to get the full HHN experience. If you select an RIP time is early enough you can get the RIP experience, plus have time to eat extra stuff, walk around, and do every maze twice + ride a lot of rides with Express Pass that comes with the RIP pass.
Seeing the picture of Hitchcock. If you ever go to Galveston stay at The Mansion on 17th. If you can get it they have a room called Hitchcock Suite where he got the inspiration for The Birds.
We did the first tour of the night 520. We ate food first at the lounge however we did not get the Halloween treats the ax pastry it wasn’t offered. But the food is great! We did do all the mazes by 10:30 we could’ve done all the mazes again. We did three again but some of the scare actors take a break in Bloodlines house. Did feel rushed on some. Conga line through . Wished they put a wait in between lines. But it is worth it, do it early then at 10:30 walk the scare zones. Get the specialty hhn treats.

I recommend the opposite if you're going 2x. Always do RIP first night to get the fully guided tour and stories and I'm intro to the event, and then on your second time, then do Unlimited Express and try foods. Hard to try foods if you're on the RIP Tour with that buffet and time schedule. With Unlimited Express on night #2, you get a better idea of whats going on.
I haven't been liking how all the Halloween stuff starts in August now either. By the time October begins it's burned out for sure. It used to be that the Halloween stuff didn't start until the end of September if not October.
Did Adam say there were no Death Eaters at Universal this year? I'm a bit 4-5 years too old to have loved Harry Potter, but I learned to from my kids. I was shocked at how cool Halloween at the Wizarding World was. Great video Adam.
So you have this gorgeous view of all of Los Angeles from downtown to Santa Monica and Malibu laid out before you like diamonds, it was sad to see you chose to focus in on the construction. I am sure that would have been a breathtaking moment. (This is early on and I am still watching.). Okay, after a bit of scares, you do walk over and show respect to the -gorgeous- view. Thank you!🙂.
When doing the RIP at Hollywood, DEFINITELY use your lanyard if your tour is later in the night. Each house has a VIP entrance separate from Express. The VIP entrance has ZERO wait time. Express will always have some wait. The VIP entrance is always very near the house exit, so you can go through five times bang bang bang with very little walking. Unlike the Orlando RIP, the Hollywood tour guides rarely provide any backstory or behind the scenes info…. The actual Hollywood tour is quite poor. The food and VIP lanyard is what you are getting for your money these days.
I tried to book a rip tour for my recent trip I emailed them with questions they encouraged me to call saying the vip team could talk me through things and book it all for me … so I called ended up costing £70 ! 😮 and didn’t book the person on the phone was very indifferent not interested did not make me feel enthused about it wouldn’t check 3 dates I was in la to see when best tour was … I ended up booking knotts which was great fun ….. I emailed 3 times to customer services afterwards not one reply very poor customer service
