V was a hidden member in bts. he was there all along beside them in every logs he just wasnt shown on camera. i read somewhere that bighit was afraid that if V was revealed publicly he would get snatched by other big companies, i mean have you seen him? his visuals and talents is absolutely amazing. that’s why he was only revealed on the debut day.

One thing I will say is that all the trainee information was like general information like what a typical company would fix but bighit was not same because BTS already had some talents they just had to work hard to get themselves noticed in that big3 era.

While Taehyung wasn't revealed until later he was still in the background of videos and living with the group. I think Jimin was the last member to actually join because he had the shortest training period. Taehyung was actually there before Jimin. Also Yoongi mentioned how he always felt like he had to sort of play up being this happy energetic person. I see Yoongi as more of a chill and relaxed personality rather than sleepy and low energy. He's just not that rambunctious and I think that's fine.

I'm late to this series. But regarding to Kpop evolution just wanted to add something. Seo Taiji & boys may have disbanded but after 1995 ST continued to make music and still is. I am always bothered by the fact people disregard his music career after ST & boys when he actually made most of the best music tracks ever! "The boys" part was the back-up dancers Juno and YG (they did not contribute to any of the music in any way). ST collaborated with BTS for his 25th anniversary and they made as you know "Come back home" cover and he said that this is their generation now (he passed the torch to BTS) - by all means, ST is not someone who is under any influence or would recognize anybody in the Korean music industry without personally appreciating their music. My personal introduction to Korean music was because of Seo Taiji - he makes amazing and conscious music (most currently type of indie rock and throughout his career he experimented a lot). Additionally, Doc Skim who produce "Lie" is also part of Seo Taiji band (one of my favourite part of him is in the "Christmalo.win" Band ver. MV by Seo Taiji where a lot of reactors classified him as the "creepy keyboard player" as far as I remember:D) . Seo Taiji gave credit to BTS and BTS only - and that speaks volumes.

At the begining, it shows the general formula of companies, but every company also have their own style, Big Hit for example it's so different and free, of course they have to practice a lot, but the way BTS was motivated by Bang PD it's completely different and better than other companies do. In women case, sometimes companies are more strictly, so female trainees have to get into a strong diet in order to look well, no matter how unhealthy it would be. Men have to do it to but it's not as strict as females. I think for thay reason Armys love Big Hit, they try to do the best for BTS, of course they had some issues, but they hear what BTS says, so BH learn amd change Also Seo Taji love BTS, they are the only group now days who talk about social issues, education and self love as Seo Taji did at their time. I like K-Pop in general since 2013, but anyone is like BTS, they're genuinely the best and what they're doing and what they want to portrait to us

V was with them since 2011, He was with them when namjoon graduated. Together with suga jhope. But he was a hidden cause the companies afraid that they might snatched him. Jimin came in 2012 the last member to join bts.

When I visited the restaurant, Kang Sunja auntie asked me if it’s okay for me to sit together with another army who also came alone. Then she gave us a free tofu stew for us to share💜 The restaurant even have Bangtan Bibimbap as one of their specials!

Something to remember is that V was a hidden member of the team. Big hit didn’t want to reveal him until the debut. So in a pre-debut vlog where Jimin was talking about the members one by one he couldn’t mention V. And there was no V pre-debut vlogs. He was always there but not on camera.

This series shows what JK meant to FESTA (??? I'm not quite sure) that RM really struggled and worried a lot when they debut (in their earliest days/years) as he was the leader of their group. I think he worries a lot because of those people who look down on them. He wants to prove that they are all wrong. His determination to succeed really shows in this series. Cuz me too, that what I will feel especially if my peers humiliate me in front of other artists and tons of audiences. So, I really admire his determination and courage. I want to say to him that He did a great job and I am proud of him. He carried those responsibilities at a young age. Now, I understand why Jungkook always thanks him and admires him the most.

V was a hidden member, so even though he trained and lived with the boys for years, no one outside of the company knew he was a member. For that reason, in all their pre-debut content you won’t see V and none of the members ever discuss him. V was finally announced when BH dropped the official countdown for BTS’ debut and released the pictures of all the members (from the photo shoot from this episode).

Can you react to “BTS vs Kpop” by bby gang. His videos are utterly phenomenal, and I’d love it if you could check out his other videos out as well about Kpop & BTS. They are so well-researched and non biased. He does the work that so many western reporters don’t when researching and explaining BTS and Kpop. He encapsulates so well how truly phenomenal BTS is in the Kpop industry, the pop industry, and the music industry as a whole. It helps that with how well he does his research, he shows so much respect for eastern concepts and their impact on the western world. It’s beautiful.

Yeah exactly why i love this series as well. Been almost 3 yrs army but i still often get surprised by never before seen footage. And since i really just haphazardly binged any and all content during my baby army period, its also so refreshing to have all those organized and laid out in a cohesive timeline and touching narrative

On his 25th anniversary concert, Seo Taiji and the boys literally have a whole concert with 7 members of BTS instead of "2 of his boys" 😅 Seo Taiji who's considered as a pioneer and a leader of 1st generation of kpop idols basically passes them the torch and gave his blessings as a leader of this generation 😂 You can find the concert video online~

Taehyung used to sit next to the trash can. He was kept for a long time because Bang-pd doesn't want him to be stolen or what. He serve as BTS gem. It hurts to watch some of their old log because he wasn't there or he was never been mention not until they debuted. They all suffered, some wanted to leave but god said “let this 7 boys shine and make other people shine” and I'm glad that after years of hard work, pain and waiting, they are now in a place full of happiness together with us, ARMY'S. I swear to god, I'll walk with them until my last breath. BTS 💜 ARMY. BORAHAE EVERYONE~ 💜

Well, about Seo Tai Ji and BTS : Seo Tai Ji the legend actually passed the "baton" (so to speak) to the Bangtan Boys in his 25th anniversary concert. BTS affectionately called Seo Taiji as "Father" (he's the same age as JK father if I am not mistaken). And BTS did perform the cover of Seo Tai Ji's Come Back Home, which I believe you guys have reacted to it.

Taehyung stil not revealed as a member.. one of log with 6 members, tae stay beside them..just watching them doin the log... tae first log with lion doll... when he finally in bts log... all the members make tae stay center.. thats why when tae said please love 7 of us... coz he knew what it feels like.. and he dont want other member to feel that kind of feeling.. but each one of them have that moments.. so... The other groups that debuted in those big companies were going to be famous yes or yes but bts had an uncertain future, they were cut from programs, in fact, bts' debut was because a group did not appear in a musical show. Talent and passion for music led Bts to where it is today. and thanks to bang si-hyuk for giving them the freedom to create their own music 💜

I feel like when you know the backstory...you understand songs like no more dream,WAB:pt2,etc. better "throw a stone if you have worked as hard" if you dont know...you will be like.."everyone works hard anyways....but okay..lyrics are lyrics...whatever" but when you know this...you realise the meaning of these types of old school bangtan lines what do you think familia?
