The road started out just sand but further in it got rocky and hilly. We actually came upon a couple (University Professors from St Louis) who had taken a rental car in and gotten stuck. So long as you’ve got decent ground clearance you should be ok. Airing down would be helpful but not necessary if you approach it right. Have fun!
