I swear it seems like Ronnie gets bored and lets his opponents get ahead just so he has a challenge sometimes to make it more interesting for himself. But after all these years he's still, to me, the best player of all time and the most entertaining and enjoyable to watch. His natural talent and honed skills at the game are unreal. I'm so glad he's still playing the game to see and be amazed at what he can do with a stick and some balls!

I really really love watching Snooker. I'm from the USA and haven't had the chance to play it yet... just pool here and there. There is one aspect of the game that seems a bit .. off. The starting break, or safety shots. Obviously it's part of the game, but sometimes a frame will start with safety shot after safety shot for 10, 20.. 40 shots even, until someone makes a long pot. Then right back to safety since it was impossible to leave a good shot. I don't know, I'm sure the great minds of the game have tried to solve this problem, and just isn't possible. We know Ronnie likes the play the game "as it is meant to be played".

The safeties are a part of the game it was originally meant to be that a single frame of snooker (single game not best of 5 or whatever) would take an entire after noon. It’s just that the talent today is so insane that they can clear up after a single mistake. No one is trying to ‘fix’ a problem that doesn’t exist snooker is perfect as is. With that said I’m American too and would love to play snooker one day

That's why it's called 'snooker' and not 'pot ball'. I had to figure that out for myself... it went from the boring part to the most exciting part... like where 3-cushion billards players have to have skill on their cueball. Potting the ball is easy... leaving yourself an easy shot every time is harder... leaving your opponent a much harder shot is where the skill lies.

Both the video and audio were very good in this upload, not to mention the editing out of quiet time, but the audio was so "high resolution" that it was even annoying at times, such as when the ball dropped on the floor at 20:40 (you can even see the ball falling out if you look closely.)

There is obviously something that Ronnie fancies allot whilst he’s playing carter and Hawkins specially he just looks like he can beat them from any position whatsoever . I’d say the same in mark Williams but he has been unlucky in numerous events . Specially in the last season .

Snooker like golf is a funny game. Obviously Ronnie can play shots and power that others cant play but if you the type that keeps you head down and play shot for shot 100% and dont do anything stupid or low percentage, you CAN end up even with last frame to play as in this match..
