Keytars are great, many great players out there. But to me, a keytar is just a novelty way of playing a regular keyboard. I can't afford to buy one. Can find the exact sounds, programs, controls on a regular Roland keyboard. But I have gone one step further than playing a keyboard like a guitar. I mounted my entry level short Donner keyboard upon a guitar stand, then place that upon a foot high stool, placed a chair behind it, and I'm positioned like a Cello player, playing my Donner vertically. Like a keytar, this verticle playing is just another novelty way of playing a keyboard. Yes, like a keytar, the vertical position I play in is limited just to my right hand. I do have a pitch bend wheel on my Donner, and play that with my left hand. I'd like to purchase an AX one day, but in no hurry yet to get one, as it is more of a "want" than a "need". Nice video. What do you think can you play the keytar on a synth normal stand. Can you still play all the options and benefits on a keytar while using a normal keyboard stand ?

This is great! Sorry man, I didn't understand how you do the loop. Do you have a looper? Or is there such a function in the korg itself? How to use it?
I’m using a Boss loop pedal. I wish Keytars did come with loopers. The Roland go keys has the ability to record and loop I believe, but buying a used looper from eBay is better. Hugs, health, happiness from Las Vegas

@@KeytarKris gna use a keytar with my RC600 just can’t decide between korg and ax edge 🤔. I wanna do instrumentals, 80s and tv themes on it at open mics. SO BORED with acoustic guitarist/singers. Things need SHAKIN UP yeh. 🎉😂
@N. Warner I agree. I know Covid-19 messed of production of this Keytar, but they could have used the last two years to fix bugs and/or make it more accessible to buyers🤟
@N. Warner I’m so glad you let me know about this design flaw in voice editing. They could have fixed all of this before production.
