i was a perfect kid, in terms of eating, i would eat anything and don't happen any issues, my problems started after i discovered the pleasure of deep colon cleansing, i would fill my intestine with water through water pipe hose in toilet, and that was my bad habit that i acquired after watching too much bornography, i am a male. i destroyed my intestine with that bad habit ,i would always do that behavior of filling my intestine with water like a deep enema you can say, and simply out of pleasure i used to do. it was wrong extremely wrong, i destroyed my gut and this is why i got hashimoto thyroiditis, i got hair falls, i started getting milk issues, gluten issues and god knows what else, anything i eat i would get inflammation. thankfully after so much of research , i am in process of undoing the damage, i know it can't be 100% cured as of yet, but i am trying my best, so far from 2 years of 100mcg levothyroxine i have reached now 50mcg, from tomorrow i will shift to 25mcg for the next 2 months. and then slowly slowly i will stop the medication. if 25mcg gies me issues, i will get back to 50mcg thank you anshul gupta and other docs like him on youtube who helped wayyyyy more than the stu peed endocrinologist of KUWAIT. they are just a joke there sitting without proper knowledge, they gave me extreme bad advices, and diagnosed wrongfully. anyways, yes i have stopped my bad horny bornographic habit i dont do that anymore...............

Same exact thing here. Totally not taken seriously and I had to test myself and do the research. Spent a bunch of my own money, but now I have answers!!!
It’s the exact same story for me. I have had to diagnose myself. I had my tonsils out age 14, had upset tummy’s all my life, and parasitic infections plagued me. I finally discovered functional medicine, and did an AIP diet, and found gluten, dairy, sugar, soy, caffeine, nightshades and grains trigger my symptoms. Stress was an enormous trigger too. I was over working. I also had high mercury levels after my doctor said eat more fish.

I've got hypothyroidism, I worked nights for nearly 8 yrs, retired 3 months ago but still can't sleep at night, my circadian rhythm is ruined. I struggle to sleep before the middle of the night, hard to wake up in the morning, always tired, hard not to nap in daytime and if I do I'm unable to sleep at night and up all night again. Thank you for your kind advice about exercise and routine.
Try taking a walk early in the morning (before 10 AM) and late in the evening (around sunset), look up at the sky, it really helps with regulating the circadian rhythm. Also do not exercise in the evening, eat a couple of hours before sleep, avoid blue light, take ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, turmeric latte or a good sleep support tea, a warm bath, dark, quiet, cool room and being asleep by latest 10 PM are all helpful.
Doctor, what effect does chronic autoimmune thyroiditis (interaction) have on the pituitary gland, liver, kidneys, stomach ,intestines, immune system, skin? When does it become chronic? Can you please explain something about this? What can be done?
Doctor, is histamine intolerance a cause of symptoms of thyroid inflammation? How can you proceed to rule this out if the blood test is unclear. The diamine oxidase is low and at the same time the histamine level is low.Take DAO supplements and observe which symptoms subside?
Doctor, is chronic autoimmune thyroiditis a clear diagnosis based on a sonomorphological image alone, even though the antibody status is unremarkable? TSH is lower than normal. Is this Hashimoto's or are there subcategories for thyroiditis?
Hi Dr Farha where are u practising. I am from Houston and please let me know whether u are practising from here as I have same symptoms as u mentioned. Please let me know 😊
Are you saying getting good sleep will cure Hashimoto's? Don't believe you. In recent years I've done better with getting to bed and up at the same time and I sleep relatively well. But I still need levothyroxine. I would LOVE to get off of it.
@@Panji2000 How did you change your diet? If poor sleep caused hypothyroidism, a large part of the western world would be hypothyroid. But I'm getting a good eight hours sleep these days, and it's had zero impact.
@@Panji2000 That's an excellent diet. I'm doing the same. After I started four years, my levothyroxine dose was adjusted down 33%, which I suspect was due my stopping eating bread, thus no gluten. But it hasn't budged since.
