There’s no question these bad boys of rock ‘n’ roll certainly have the blessing of God upon them for such a long career and you can see they truly enjoy still performing and keeping it real.
It’s a shame that Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, John Lennon, George Harrison, Jerry Garcia, Duane Allman, Gregg Allman, Frank Zappa, Buddy Holly, Keith Moon, John Bonham, Brian Jones, David Bowie, Prince, Miles Davis & countless others did not get the same “ blessing” from the almighty one as Mick & Keith did.
@@deadexplorations7439 All are blessed with different portions and talents. Consider Elvis Presley, many would say blessed above all as a performer/artist… Longevity was not one of those blessings. His professional career was a span of just 21 years. Nonetheless, Look at all his achievements and his legacy which includes 31 motion pictures and two documentaries and a plethora of a music catalog.
And like Dylan himself said about them, from his own "I contain Multitues: "I'm just like Anne Frank, like Indiana Jones And them British bad boys, The Rolling Stones I go right to the edge, I go right to the end I go right where all things lost are made good again."
@@deadexplorations7439I was fortunate to have seen every one of those you listed except Prince, who left us by surprise and i regret missing him. Yeah, now missing them all. I don’t know of any newer current day artists that really compare with them….yet.
Like a Rolling Stone was voted best Rock Song ever by the readers in Rolling Stone magazine - still is, as evidenced by this great version by THE Stones.
UNSTOPABLE!! ... if I wouldn`t see it I wouldn`t believe it (saw them 2 years ago in Vienna and 2017 in Paris and many timeds before, back to the early 70s!!) - long mya they live!
It's not just Mick who is amazing. Look at all that Keith and Ronnie have been through and they are still vibrant and rocking hard. The Stones - writing a completely new chapter in the storied history of Rock and Roll.
Anyone saying they aren't worth it needs to watch Mick play the harmonica on this one. Glad I don't see them until June 27, really enjoying the anticipation somehow thanks to the earlier shows on this tour. Thanks for upload
Just saw them In Houston . Just incredible that they are this good at this age! Mick doesn’t sound or act his age! Makes me mad when people dog them about being old and should retire etc. been saying that for 30 plus years. I have seen them 13 times since 1989 and they are Great every time! Go see them while you have a chance!! A friend of mine went see them for the first time in Houston and said it brought tears to his eyes how good they are and wished he had seen them every tour now. They Are truly The Greatest Rock n Roll band ever.
Vivo en el Perú y siempre soñé con verlos. Vinieron a Lima en 2016 y vendí mi carro para comprar la entrada pegada al escenario, jamás me arrepentiré, son extraordinarios e irrepetibles.
It's incredible having listened to them for ages now and all the live gigs from 64 through today and Mick sounds as good as he ever did. In fact, he sound much better than the early 80's when he was running about talking lyrics more than singing them.
I’m 76 and I’ve been a fan since 1964 in 10th grade! Took my 18-yr-old granddaughter to the 2019 show in Jacksonville. She was screaming and singing along to every song just like me!!! Took my daughter to Tampa in 2021 show.
BEST PERFORMANCE of the Tour so far - what energy - Mick and the band finding their groove three shows in - amazing!!! Defying science, gravity - don't want to ever hear "I'm tired, I need to take a nap" - sleep when your dead lol
Jagger’s genius is in the way he phrases his vocals. That is on full display here. Great cover aside from Keith barely being able to play guitar anymore and basically just being along for the ride. If there weren’t so many ace hired guns n stage - they’d sound like shite.
NO UP SMUK, REALY, SOOOO PURE!!!! ❤ I AM 72 YEARS ,AND I BEEN FAN FROM I WAS 14 YEARS!! ITS AN BEST ROCK AN BLUES BAND SO LONG TOGETHER!! 240 YEARS TOGETHER!!!! ❤❤
Wonderful song Like A Rolling Stones 💥 Love 💖 Sir Mick Jagger 👑♥️ ever Amazing 🙆♀️🔥 Rolling Stones The Best Band of our Galaxy 💫✨ Forever 🌟♾️ Thanks for sharing this wonderful video ✌️👌👍
6/26/72, Stevie Wonder opened for The Stones in Denver on their Exile tour, from the 6th row center. Until 5/12/24, the Exile show was the epitome. Of the 12 shows I’ve witnessed over the years, from Denver, Ft. Collins, Oakland, Portland, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai & now 3 times in Vegas, there isn’t a better rock & roll show. Super set list, ‘Like a Rolling Stone’, ‘Paint it Black’ with b&w video, their latest ‘Angry’ & a soul stirring ‘Gimme Shelter’ with Chanel Haynes (Tina Turner successor?), I couldn’t possibly ask for more. From ‘64, on car radios in Boston, The Stones staying power is unmatched. As an old dude, I’ve queued up ‘Almost Hear You Sigh’ to start my week satisfied…
If I could just be amazed with Mick is definitely his stamina after all this time. It’s Ageless and tireless. Amazing. Its like he never can’t get enough of that stamina power with long shows perfomed all out. Salutdos and kudos man.
Amazing show !!! I’ve seen them twice before last time in 1984. They seem to age like fine wine and just get better playing with age . You could tell they love to perform . They were intimately engaged with the fans in the stadium and everyone was loving it !! Rock on as long as you can ! You guys are my heroes❤ Also Keith n Ronnie were on fire and alive and out there . They added an extra song for Keith and changed the set list from the first 3 a lil.. we got the best show so far on the tour in Vegas last nite folks !!!
Hey! I couldn't make it to any stones shows because I'm poor, well if they came to my city I still would have gone but thank you so much for these live takes I love it! Really enjoying all of your Stones footage!
WOW, what a 👏 cover! 💟’d the entire performance in general, esp w/ Mick playing the harmonica (of all instruments)! I’m almost 70 now and grew up with BOTH the 👍 Stones and Dylan, + THIS has always been one of my 🌟 favorite Dylan songs (and ‘Angie’ one of the Stones). It’s amazing that at 80ish he hasn’t ‘lost’ his talent and ability imo - he acts, looks, sounds almost like he used to back in the 60s. Being thin and able to move around the stage in ‘24 is astonishing - he must have inherited great longevity genes and should be studied by scientists - lol 😂!
